You will fall in love with the views and the size of this 6th floor condo. A rare 4 bedroom condo with 1808 sq ft of space . The balcony is large enough for the whole family to relax. Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the table. There are incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. I has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a 75" flat screen smart TV. All bedrooms are a good size and there is a flat screen smart TV in each for your enjoyment. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub, club room, fitness center round out the resort style amenities.

The condo was even better than described. Everyone on the property was friendly and accommodating. Loved the condo, very roomy, clean and comfortable. We had eight adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bunk beds in the 4th room were better suited for children young adults but worked. Just keep in mind if all adults are staying. Pool was nice clean and heated. Hot tub was warm and inviting. Steps away from a great little on pear restaurant which has breakfast, lunch and dinner. Delicious and reasonable.

Wondeful condo

The condo had everything you needed for an enjoyable vacation. No need to bring any beach towels as they had plenty. Condo was clean, corner unit with lots of bed space. We had a great time and will return !

Excellent Property

This property is amazing. The condo is furnished very well and plenty of all the necessities you need for a stay. The sea and beach view is unobstructed and incredible. Really fell in love with the place and sad to leave. The area is great with plenty to do and see with a car. Highly recommend the condo to anyone looking. The people assisting with the check in and check out were great and responsive to messages. You won’t be disappointed.

Refreshing Vacation

Excellent experience with our first stay at Aruba and with this property management team. Warm welcome with tour of the condo and facility, followed by a mid-week check-in call. Condo was clean, well decorated, sufficiently supplied and in a fantastic location. Looking forward to a future visit.

We would stay here again. One thing I will mention, patio furniture (rusted, rust actually falling off furniture). Lot of salt in ocean air I guess. furniture functional, but not inviting.

Short stay, but Beautiful Location

We started our stay on October 5th and had to cut it short due to Hurricane Milton causing evacuations in VolusiaCounty. However, while we were there, the condo was spacious and well upkept. The property manager took us through the property and was available by phone while we were there. Things may have not gone as planned, but the view was great being able to see the ocean and the Halifax River and the condo was nice. If not for the rain, Crabby Joe's is right next door and coffe shops are less than 3 minutes away.

Christmas with kids at Aruba 602

Other than pool and hot tub being out of commission(which we knew beforehand) the property was wonderful. Our host, Melissa, greeted us when we arrived and made sure everything was up to standard. She checked in with us on Christmas morning just in case we needed anything. Had a great time overall but the temperatures were a little on the cold side a couple days. We did get to see 2 rocket launches at NASA so that was great.

Perfect condo!

We were beyond pleased. Beautifully decorated and well furnished unit. The check in was a not exactly as we were told. We were told to expect a phone call when the unit was ready and we could possibly be called early (as early as 3:00 instead of 4:00). That call never came and at 4:30 we called the rental mgr. The unit was ready and we were allowed to check in but we shouldn’t have had to call when the instructions were clear they would call us. That was my only complaint. Everything else was perfect. The owners thought of everything to make our stay outstanding. Will definitely consider renting this property again.

Terrible Property Manager

I rented this property for my 21 year old son & 7 of his friends the same age. I told the check-in agent (Melissa) twice that my son would be staying there & not me. She gave him the keys & showed him around the unit. I also filled out a form with the 8 boys names & ages & sent that to the property manager. The 3rd night of their stay, the boys had loud music playing and the police were called but when they arrived they couldn’t access the building so the boys had no idea they were disrupting other tenants. The 4th night the police were called again & they were able to access the building. The officer entered the property & the boys weren’t doing anything wrong other than playing loud music & they shut it off immediately. Peggy (property manager) called me & said the boys were being evicted & were to leave the property immediately! She told me about the noise, the police & accused the boys of throwing cigarettes off the balcony. None of the boys smoke and it’s a very tall building with many units above the one they stayed in. Those cigarette butts could have blown off of any balcony but she blamed it on the boys. She also stated in a threatening tone that they were not to take the key fobs or garage door opener with them. Basically calling them thieves. They had 3 nights left but had to leave with NO REFUND because they had loud music playing & were having fun & making memories! They are good & respectful kids. There was no damage. Peggy evicted them without all the facts!

We had a fantastic stay at the Aruba, 602. The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the property manager gave us a full tour of the property and amenities. She was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start.The ocean views were absolutely beautiful—definitely a highlight of our trip. The condo itself was very well stocked with all the comfort necessities, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient.If I had one small recommendation, it would be to add to the balcony furniture, something a bit more comfortable, as it would make relaxing outside even better.Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Condo 602

The check in process was excellent and Condo was exactly how advertised however it was not clean. From my understanding there was staff shortage that day. There were trash under the beds, the trundle bed had to be stripped and washed do to food being on sheets. Other than those small things it was an excellent condo and we enjoyed our vacation.

Great Place!

We had a great stay at this condo. If there was one gripe, it would be the sand in the bathrooms from the previous stay. However, I know it is difficult to get all of it out of there easily and timely manner. The communication with Kaylee was fantastic. The bedrooms were well kept. The pool was great. Access to the beach is fairly easy. All-in-all, it was a great place to stay and would likely do it again if I can.

Kitchen & cleaning products

Kitchen pots/pans should be upgraded to better quality Kitchen could use more larger bowls, Rubbermaid containers and more kitchen towels. The VRBO website should indicate that there are beach towels, chairs , Kureig, etc.

Perfect for family vacation! Kaylee is amazing!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children (4 & 3) loved this condo for many reasons. The space was perfect and having 3 separate full baths was so nice. We'd start and end our day on the balcony watching the waves and people walking the beach. The heated pool was very nice, and although the hot tub heater quit working toward the end of our stay, it was thoroughly enjoyed when it was working. The gym was adequately supplied and used by all of us from time to time. Our condo came with many beach supplies such as towels, chairs, a beach wagon and even a cooler. The location was far enough away from the busy Daytona boardwalk and souvenir shops, but close enough to walk or drive to restaurants and other attractions. Some things to be aware of for guests: if sunbathing is your thing, be aware that the pool does get shaded during the afternoon (with the exception of the south end of the pool). There are multiple codes to enter the building and to access the property from the beach. We just took pics of the codes on our phone and it worked out great. The condo was supplied with a starter kit of shampoo, soap, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Depending on your length of stay and personal preference, you may want to bring your own supplies or buy more. Our property manager, Kaylee, was awesome to work with. She was always quick to respond to our questions and did everything she could to address our questions and needs. Her expertise and customer service was fantastic. If we come back to the Daytona/Ponce Inlet area, we would definitely return to Aruba 602 in Dayton Beach Shores.

We love spending time at the beach when we can, especially watching the colors of the ocean change, the pelicans flying by, and the dolphins playing in the waves. We know you will love it, too.

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
