This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has a remodeled basement that can hold two to three more beds. Cookware, dinnerware, silverware, towels and bathroom essentials are provided.

Great stay!

This property is a nice, cozy property. Updates have been tastefully done to the kitchen, and the bathrooms! We have decided we might make this an annual trip, and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was convenient to the location we needed to be in Cedar Rapids. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Fully appointed house is quiet neighborhood

We had everything we needed to use the house as a landing point between visits with family. We were able to cook basic meals, do laundry and had plenty of space to relax.

Extremely Clean and Quiet

This VRBO was extremely clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. George was very helpful and available for all our questions. If we come to Cedar Rapids again, we will definitely choose this VRBO as our rental for another visit.

Visiting daughter and her family

Upon arrival everything was what we thought it would be and more. It was the perfect size and location for us. It helped make our visit with our daughter her husband and our grand babies such a wonderful, memorable time. We stayed 10 days and never had any problems. Highly recommend. We would love to stay here again!

Son’s wedding

We were in town for a wedding. This house made our stay very comfortable and convenient. I had a small glitch with the keyless entry when we arrived but George helped me and I had zero problems after that.

Great property

The property was just as described. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. Was able to have the kids and grandkids over for a back yard BBQ and everyone had the space they needed. Good location, close to shopping and downtown Marion. Host reached out and checked to make sure we were getting his messages and if we needed anything.

Baseball Tournament

This house was perfect for our tournament at Prospect Meadows! I was able to work remotely and not be disturbed. Everything we needed was in close proximity. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was centrally located to all of the baseball diamonds and had everything we needed and George responded very quickly to any questions we had. The house was very clean and updated. No problems with parking. We highly recommend staying here.

Great home base in Cedar Rapids

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 adult sons when we were in town for a family birthday party. Communication with George, the host, was great. The house exceeded our expectations for comfort, cleanliness and being nicely-kept and well-equipped. As stated in property description, it's nicely updated. It's more spacious than it looks in photos. The back patio with grill was a nice bonus, and the host allowed us to have extended family over for an evening cookout after our party (party at a separate venue). The neighborhood is on the edge of a light industrial area and not fancy, but very quiet and with little traffic. It's a quick drive to shopping and restaurants. We would happily stay here again.
