Newly renovated downstairs step in shower. Recently renovated single family home with spacious living area, outside 2nd floor deck and scenic roof view of ocean, located 1 1/2 blocks from beach. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Queen size beds. Ceiling fans and flat screen TV's in all rooms. Approximately 2600 sq. feet. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras including outside gas grill. Parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Close to golf courses and other activities. 3 miles from Barefoot Landing. 5 miles to Tanger Outlets. Short walk to shops and restaurants located on Main Street, N. Myrtle Beach.

Pets will be considered. Please discuss with owner. No motorcycles or trailers.

July 4th family vacation

This beautiful vacation home was even better than I expected. Excellent location, easy access to the beach. We had more than enough room for my two college age children and myself. We rented a golf cart for the week and that was perfect. We loved everything about this house and are already planning to book it again next year!

The home was beautiful. Very roomy and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything, even paper goods, coffee, tea and supplues fir those. Location was outstanding, just a short walk to beach access. Several sitting areas outside. Inclding the widows walk deck o. The roof top where you cpuld emjoy the breeze andcsee the ocean. Bedt rental we have stayed in ever. Thanks so much!

The home is very nice, felt like home

The home is very nice, felt like home and had everything we needed. The owners are great to work with. The place really is just a couple minute walk to the beach, no problem. We definitely plan on staying again.

Beach house is in a beautiful quiet location -only 5 minute walk to the beach.

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything provided to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Plenty of room for two couples to share and have their own space. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great Beach House stay!

The Beach house was everything it listed at and more. Had everything you could need in the kitchen. Gas Grill outside to use as well. Location to the beach was just around the corner. Located close to Barefoot Landing and plenty of other shopping. Great place to stay.

Had a great stay

We had a great time staying at Southern Paradise! The kitchen was well-stocked with things like ziploc bags, foil, and cling wrap. There were also a ton of books and games to choose from. We really liked the little storage room that had all the beach stuff as well! Overall, we had a great time, and it was a short walk to the beach.

Family vacation

Our stay was peaceful, comfortable and relaxing! The house was well stocked with everything you need on vacation. The location was quiet and private and not too far from the beach. The decor was beach perfect! The beds were comfortable and our Golden retriever was welcome too! We could have easily stayed another week!

The property was as described on VRBO. Beach access was only about 1 1/2 blocks away. Overall, we enjoyed the property and will consider renting again next year.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Hated to leave. This place had the most beautiful decor and great house layout. Was the best stocked house we have ever rented. The owners thought of EVERYTHING. We would definitely rent again. Also a very short walk to the beach. Loved this place!

The home was very clean and comfortable! Great location minutes away from the beach!

Would highly recommend this home. There were two adults and four teenage boys. The upstairs was perfect for them! Great location just minutes walking distance to the beach! We had everything we needed as the house is fully stocked. Very comfortable and clean! We had a wonderful time!

Perfect beach getaway ❤️

This house was better than expected! So close to the beach, fantastic area with wooded trail across the street. We loved the giant suite with deck access! Owner was quick to respond to any issues and extended our checkout so our teenagers could sleep in a little. We had 2 dogs with us so the small fenced in area with dog door was great!! Perfect for my family vacation! Thank you!!

Spring break 2023

Everything was just as it looked in the pictures. Very easy to find and closer to the beach than we expected. Nice surprise to have the beach chairs and wagon to bring to beach. Our dog was very comfortable as well. Would have liked to have some chairs on the roof top deck to enjoy the view. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and welcoming.

July 2024 Myrtle Beach

My family had a great trip to NMB. The home was on a side street which allowed the kids to scooter around the street during our stay. We rented a golf cart even though the beach was only two streets down. The property wasn't quite ready at 4 when we were supposed to checkin but the cleaning lady let us know that she had more cleaning then usual due to the previous renter. Also, we couldn't watch TV in the bigger bedroom where my husband and I stayed because the cable box was missing. This really didn't bother us too much because we kept busy hanging out with family under the porch. This was a nice touch to the home and we found ourselves chatting and hanging outside more than inside the home. The rooftop deck was a nice touch too. We loved how the kitchen was stocked with pretty much all appliances and utensils. Would definitely stay again as the home was nice and roomy.

Crescent Beach vacation stay.

We were unable to watch any TV during our stay. Contacted owner on our third day. Tried talking us through it but still unable to watch TV. Got text from owner while we were headed home that their cable account had not been charged is the reason we were not able to watch TV during our stay. That was disappointing. Also got an email from the protective insurance we purchased that owner turned in damage for a diverted at cost of $200. If that is a part for a shower we definitely did no damage.

Perfect location 4 min walk to beach, other direction is a cool medium sized conservation area

The house was very well equipped with every essential needed from kitchen ware to games stuffed in drawers everywhere. Nice layout with great room.. bedroom.. upstairs.. While we were there it was cool/cold and the house living room being on the lower floor with tile flooring it was cold... Being this house had everything i got a bed cover for wifeeee to stay warm but I worked upstairs and was 5 degrees warmer..ahhh. The house was pretty clean but whoever cleaned "could have spent a few more moments"... We have a 3 year old toy poodle and he was smelling smelling smelling... Checking out vacuum cleaner they were over full so no way could they work even 50%... I cleaned and vacuumed again to fill them again.. All in all, nice experience, at a nice place, in a nice location.

Loved Southern Paradise

House was decorated so well. The size and number of rooms and beds were perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Southern Paradise and if we have the chance would definitely stay here again.

We bought this property because of its location. It's a short walk to the beach located in a quiet residential area. Conveniently located minutes away from golf courses, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment areas, such as Barefoot Landing. And the view from our widow's peak rooftop deck is spectacular.
