Awesome Beach House! Just three blocks to the ocean!

The house is adorable! It is in a very safe part of Crescent Beach. Very bright colors await each guest inside. The open living room and kitchen make meal preparation easy. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms.
The side porch is a great place to chill with a book or adult beverage.
The beach and resturants are only steps away. Beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and a cart are available for use by guests.
There is an outdoor shower and a covered, private hot tub in back.

You will not be disappointed! It’s Ccean, in a great location, and everything you need is here!

My husband and I were blown away with how nice this place is for an older home. The place smells fresh and everything is very clean. The owners do not have a bunch of unnecessary rules to follow, they don’t bother you, and check in is easy. The kitchen is well stocked. There was even a large pot for us to cook soup in on a chilly day. The water pressure is great in the showers. There are tons of towels which is a huge plus. There is plenty of toilet paper , napkins, and a roll of paper towels. Coffee and sugar are well stocked. Parking is enough for 3 normal size cars. The hot tub was clean and stayed warm. There are plenty of lamps and lights everywhere. There are plenty of tables and side tables to set your things on. Games are available. Plenty of books are available. The paint inside looks fresh and the landscaping is well maintained. . The house had ceilings fans in every room, plenty of storage for clothes, grilling utensils, a nice charcoal grill, a super nice walkway around the house, a mixture of updated and older decor that look really nice together, a huge kitchen sink, an ice maker that works great, fridge that stays cold, plenty of various types of soap, body wash, lotion, qtips, hair dryers, and other items that you may need. There are a ton of beach items…at least 4-5 nice beach chairs, rolling cart, boogie boards, dog gates. The floor is clean and your feet will not turn black from a dirty floor. Very large smart TVs with apps included. I could go on and on!

Great stay

Wonderful clean cottage and fun! Close to the beach and had everything we needed if need be! Definitely want to come back and a lovely stay overall!! Loved Myrtle Beach and south Carolina, first time stay for us including our pup who loved it too!! Thank you 😊

Good get away

Really cute house. Very clean. This cottage had everything you could possibly need for your beach weekend. Beds very comfortable and great neighborhood.

Quaint little bungalow

This was a perfect little bungalow for us. Clean, easy to access, walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, etc... even had a little hot tub but it was too cold to use. The light switches are in unique places, but if you read the guestbook; they explain it.( we just searched for them) You won't be disappointed in your stay there

Beautiful Beach house

Beautifully decorated and within walking distance to the beach and shops. Loved the beach chairs, beach umbrella and even a beach wagon to haul it in. Very nice property. Everything we needed. Thanks so much. Great vacation spot.

Amazing house with excellent host

House was amazing, description was accurate and a super quick walk to beach. Super clean house with all the amenities you would need and more. So many beach supplies provided, we did not even need to bring our beach chairs. Beach cart worked excellent. Our dog loved being there with us and getting in the ocean, so thankful to find a place we could take our fur kid. Plenty of vacant lots for walking dog. Bonus was we had the beach to ourselves, because of a vacant beachfront property, it was amazing. Joi was definitely a hostess with the most-ess. All great, we had an excellent time and will definitely be back!

Girls Getaway

We came to see Leanne Morgan. The house was perfect in every way. So cute, cozy and clean. Great location and offered a lot of small extras. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely rent again!!

Book it!!!

This is by far one of the nicest homes we've stayed at in over 20 years. The house is very well stocked and extremely well maintained. Whether you're sitting on the front porch having coffee in the morning, or cocktails by the hottub in the evening this place feels like home. Booking again!!!

Best getaway!

This house has everything you need and more! It’s a close walk to the beach, has a relaxing front patio, the back patio has a beautiful hot tub, and the shed is full of everything you need to enjoy the beach. We felt safe there as the house and landscaping light up at night. We walked our dog around the neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. The property owners really care about your stay. We will definitely be going back!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We loved our time at Joi at the Beach. The house was perfect and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The neighborhood is great and the walk to the beach is much shorter than we were expecting. The little burger/ice cream shop at the corner was a nice surprise too! The welcoming pet policy is a huge plus as well. It’s not easy to find places that will accept multiple dogs, especially when one is extra large. Would definitely love to stay in this house again next time we’re in the area!

Great home! Quiet neighborhood . We really enjoyed our stay here . Nicely and colorfully decorated and comfortable. Super clean and well equipped. Very short walk to the beach and so close to everything within a short walk or drive. We will definitely come back!

Perfect beach house rental

Stayed here with my teenage son & dog.

Overall everything was great! Very nice clean property & is a great location. The only difficulty was accessing the key lock box. The other properties I’ve stayed in have used an electronic lock on the door with an access code. That was far more convenient & I didn’t have to worry about loosing key.

So close to the beach!

Very clean, excellent location, all the comforts we could think of. We much appreciated the provided beach umbrella, toys, chairs and even a cart - it made getting our equipment so much easier. Well-provisioned pantry with spices and condiments in the fridge, as well as toiletries (we could have packed lighter!). There are even sound machines by each bed for those who need them. Very reasonable pet fee and easy walking to the beach and Molly Darcy's. We wish we hadn't been run off by Hurricane Ian a day earlier, but we certainly packed a lot in our vacation stay. We would definitely stay there again.
