Pent House Condo on the 12th floor featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 Bath with unbeatable, incredible panoramic ocean views. Enjoy views from the open space living area as well as the bedroom. Great care has been taken to make this condo an upscale and comfortable beach stay for a couples getaway or a nice family retreat. Extended, long balcony has gorgeous unobstructed views of Babe's Beach. Location is unbeatable with beach access right across Seawall Blvd and access to pool and amenities.

Walking into the condo, you are welcomed with breathtaking views of the ocean. Our condo has a large open living area as well as comfortable dining area and large kitchen for all your needs.

Great Views

Perfect location directly across from the beach. Top floor, amazing views to take in. Pool was very convenient and not very busy. Parking in front and back for ease of staying off Seawall if desired.

Nice get away

Overall it was nice and clean. Great view from the livingroom and balcony.It would have been nice to have a couple of dish towels in the kitchen and a little cleaning products.

Penthouse condo

Beautiful view! The condo was clean and accommodating! The only complaint was the musty/moldy smell. The main closet in the 1st bedroom behind air conditioning unit has black mold. Note: the 12 floor property only had 2 elevators and 1 elevator was not working most of the time we were at the property.

There was black mold in the master closet ceiling. 2nd bath had no water pressure. There was no overhead lighting in the dining area, which made the area very dark. The previous occupants trash was still in the garbage can. The ice maker did not work & the ice trays that were provided were cracked.

Perfect for our 3 generation girls weekend! The views from the balcony were awesome. The beds were super comfortable! This condo was close to everything but soundproofed to perfection. We would definitely like to stay here again! CtA

Horrible. Elevators down and we were on the 12th floor

One roll of toliet paper to each bathroom for a total of 4 day stay. Elevators down the whole stay. Beds were old and hard. Hardly any water pressure for the Showers and Had the A/c on 67 to 68 just to stay cooled off. Ceiling fans would have helped alot

Valentines Day Getaway

Love this condo. Very cozy and well decorated. Actually slept better here than i do at home. Ocean view is amazing. Wife loved it. If i had to criticize anything it would be the construction going on during our stay but nobodys fault. No doubt will rent this very unit again.

Charming Penthouse

Pictures as described. Loved the view and close proximity to the beach ! It was perfect for the event this weekend that we had to be in Galveston for. My only concern/friendly suggestion is to fix the kitchen table, before it falls completely off.

Perfect peaceful beach location

This property was so welcoming, adorably decorated and conveniently located. To hear the sound of the ocean first thing in the morning and all throughout the day was so relaxing for us. The property is well maintained and very clean. We will definitely be keeping this on our “rebook” list!

The location and condition of the condo was great. I would stay here every time if possible. A couple of things that need to be addressed for comfort are water pressure in the shower and the router to the tv in the living room. Easy fixes for a wonderful condo!

Excellent except for one thing...

Absolutely loved the condo (12th floor). Beautifully updated. Beach was great too. Owners were great to work with when we added an extra day. Our only complaint is the sofa bed was terrible. We had to purchase an air mattress. This should be or already has been addressed by the owners.

Great view! Comfortable!

We had a great stay. Great view and comfortable accommodations! Really appreciated the Netflix!! There were a few things that need addressing, not enough towels and wash cloths, need room darkening curtains (there is a very bright light that stays all night in outside hallway that shines right into bedroom, dining table very wobbly, kitchen didn't have needed tools (we had to purchase a can opener, potato peeler and cheese grater, which we left for others) poor lighting over dining table, several light switches in rooms were useless, might need to reevaluate your cleaning crew due to dirt left on floors, bathroom floor mats smelled sour and pool maintenance was very poor. Cloudy water, thick green algae on tiles near steps where my child was playing. Overall nice stay, sound proof rooms and great, friendly staff. I hope this helps to improve future visits for other and we would love to return soon! Thank you!

Allow me to give you an honest description of this condo

I don’t know where to begin so I’ll just start… 1. The toilets didn’t work properly, if my kids had to anything other than pee I had to walk them to Valero behind the condo or they could go if we were out and about. 2. The ice makers didn’t work 3. There was blood on the pillows 4. Kitchen cabinets under the sink, the whole hinge is detatched and falling. 5. Don’t get me started on the AWFUL highway noise! Couldn’t sleep at night and during the day we had to yell to hear each other over the highway noise, forget about enjoying the sounds of the ocean, you’ll enjoy the sounds of industrial semi trucks. 6. The front back room faucet malfunctions and the shower head turns on, meaning you can’t turn off shower head when your running bath water. 7. Handle constantly falls off of balcony side toilet. 8. Good luck fighting traffic to get to the beach that’s an awful experience. I wonder how many pedestrians get hit a year trying to get to the beach. 9. The pool had plastic wrapping trash in it and there’s tile siding that is broken off all around the edges, on top of that, the pool is cloudy. I’m sure I’m missing something, but this was an extremely negative experience and for this price point be very wary of your selection, do your research so you make sure you are ACTUALLY receiving what you’re led to believe you are paying for. We paid almost $1,600 for 3 nights. We actually debated leaving after the second night but after we discussed it we figured it would average out to $800 a night roughly for a $150 a night condo at best!
