Great Oceanview AND Location with 2 Bed/2 Bath!

Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We take extra measures to ensure the balcony is cleaned thoroughly after each turnover. However, due to the high presence of birds and seagulls in the area, it can sometimes become messy again quickly. That said, if we had been notified during your stay, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team out right away to take care of it for you. Regarding the tub, this is the first time this issue has been brought to our attention, and we will be investigating it promptly. Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize that the balcony construction impacted your stay. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that this work would be taking place during your reservation, and we truly regret not catching this ahead of time. We understand how important the balcony and view are, especially in a Galveston stay, and we’re very sorry that this experience fell short of expectations. We also want to share that the construction work has now been completed, and the balcony has been fully restored for future guests. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we worked with you to provide a partial refund, which we both agreed upon at the time as a fair resolution given the circumstances. While we understand your continued frustration, we did our best to address the situation promptly once we became aware. We value your feedback and will be working more closely with the building management moving forward to ensure we are aware of any future projects that could impact our guests.
