This Oceanview Condominium is located on the 8th floor and offers spectacular views of the ocean from both the living room and bedroom. Relax on the long balcony with a nice cup of coffee or some down time with friends and family. This condo features 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and a spacious living area with Queen Sofa Bed. Enjoy the privacy of a large kitchen to make your family meals and nice dining for the full experience. Our condo also features a large pool for your enjoyment

Please note that the condominium complex is currently undergoing a balcony remodel and unfortunately the view is obstructed until 11/30/2025.

Great location..Unit need some updates..sofa bed wasn’t functional and bathrooms really need some attention. Overall we had a great time and would book this location again.

Nice property. Excellent view of the beach.

Loved the condo. Nice view from the 8th floor. Only downside was the television didn't work but that was not a big deal because we spent most of our time on the beach. The condo was mostly a place to eat and sleep.

March Trip to Galveston

We had a great time staying at this property! Everyone loved being able to walk out and see the beach from the balcony and being able to walk across the street to be on the beach. The owners were great at communicating with me about the processes for check-in and out, as well as giving recommendations of things to do. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again soon!

Very nice! I was a little concerned after reading a few negative reviews, but it was a very beautiful and comfortable stay. Gorgeous view, and the people who manage the check-in desk are so sweet!As another reviewer mentioned the kitchen doesn’t have mixing bowls or cooking knives so I brought that with me, and was glad I did. Other than that it was adequately stocked.Another reviewer mentioned issues with the sofa bed, and yes, there are issues with the sofa bed. Our stay wasn’t impacted negatively though. Note: parking is 35 plus tax for the entire stay.

Great view - we sat on the balcony every morning & evening enjoying the view. Loved having the Beach right across the street. The condo had amenities to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.

We had a great time. It was a nice get away, very relaxing. The only thing i would recommend is the sliding glass doors were hard to slide and the balcony had not been cleaned.

Great Views of the Gulf

This 2 bedroom two bath is in a nice location, great views. Apt could use a bit of an update. Kitchen utensils are minimal (no kitchen knives or mixing bowls). Coffee table appeared broken. Parking is not free which was not mentioned until check in day. Even so, would consider staying again if VRBO fees werent so high- 2 night stay more than doubled in price because of fees.

Great space with view

We loved this unit! It was clean and had a fantastic view! We got lucky with a night storm making it nice to sit on the balcony! Def needed the 2 bathrooms with the kids and it accommodated 5 people well. Location on seawall was good! There isn’t a light to cross, but it wasn’t bad. We would want to stay here again for sure!

Very clean & cute!

Having a view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets was just what me & my Sis needed. This 8th floor condo was very cute & accommodating. The bathrooms could use an update( the waste baskets need replaced. The lids were rusting) We enjoyed our weekend there very much!

Great location!

The property was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. I stayed with 2 other adults and it did not feel cramped like many condos can. Wonderful location, directly across from the beach and around 5 minutes from Moody Gardens. Close to food locations. The balcony was great with a direct view of the ocean. I only gave it 4 stars because the beds could have been more comfortable. Not the worst but not the best. The property manager was very responsive, the check-in staff was helpful, and the tenants were also lovely! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view!

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The beds were comfortable. On the downside; the description said “wheelchair accessible “. Be aware that this only applies to the fact that there is an elevator. The condo itself is definitely not wheelchair accessible; narrow doorways, low bathroom stools, etc. Due to a recent injury I am using a walker for mobility and there were challenges for sure. It is an older unit but well worth it for the location and view.

The "okay" rating is from giving the view, location and having 2 bathrooms, (although not very elderly friendly), 5 stars. An injury between the time of booking and staying prevented me from joining the rest of my party, so I was basically stuck in the room or maybe this part wouldn't have been so bad. There are many cons to list, but the top complaint is the noise from the floor above that went on all day and late in the evening. There's no doubt it was one or more kids running from one end of the unit to the other (I don't blame the kids). Every day and every night. One night there was an argument right outside the BR window where there were F-Bombs screamed for a solid 5-10 minutes. The description is a tad deceiving. Washer and dryer is on the ground floor which is an issue since 4 towels when you have 4 guests might be fine if you stay is for one night, but not six nights. The desk said I needed to contact my host who never responded to my message. The kitchen was ill-equipped. Lots of decorative pieces, not essentials. The BR television HDMI cable was gone as were the batteries in the remote. If I didn't keep a cable in my PC bag, that TV would have been useless. The unit was not clean. Sticky mess on bedside table and there was also a lot of broken glass all around it.
