Ocean Beach Vista! Brand new 2021 condo: spectacular ocean view and private ocean beach on Nantucket Sound. Living, dining, and kitchen directly facing the ocean! Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and gorgeous view every morning, just steps away from the private ocean beach! Bedroom #1 has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, an ensuite full bath with shower, and a large window; Bedroom #2 also has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, large window, and a smart TV. Another full bath with shower/tub combo is in the hallway. Large sliding glass doors opening to the large balcony with a spectacular view of Nantucket sound. Kitchen with eat-in area, beautiful countertops, and stainless steel appliances overlooking ocean view. Living room has a smart TV. Central AC, central Heating, Washer and Dryer inside own unit. Linens and bath towels are provided. The unit is located on the third floor of 4-story building, i.e. Building B. The building has an elevator and stairs.

This is an amazing property with absolutely stunning views.The condo was well maintained and clean, with easy access to the main roads and lots of restaurants.There were ample towels and linens but we used our own blankets etc.The beach is a small, private beach with beautiful,calm waters.The owner was very good in terms of communication and was readily available for any issues.I do wish there were more drawers for storage of clothing and a long over the door mirror.Other than those minor issues,I would highly recommend this place for anyone considering a visit to the Cape Cod area.

Beds very uncomfortable! Master bedroom bed was hard! Not enough extra blankets The blanket (1 in the whole place was soiled) Master room air blast freezing and guest not as much air very hot. Nice view, nice private beach. Never have I arrived at a place and had to make my own bed not a fan of that,,, I’m on vacation I don’t want to make beds after driving 5 hours to get there

This place is top tier! We had an amazing experience staying here for the week. The condo is clean, not cluttered, and has all the necessary amenities. Having 2 bathrooms with 2 luxury showers was a game changer. You can’t beat this location and private beach. I will miss this ocean view!

Condo was very clean with fantastic views. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach had golden sand and would be nice to spend time there if weather had been better. Good location with a few minutes walk to ocean house restaurant and their outdoor bar. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent.

Cape Cod Getaway

The condo is just as advertised and pictured.It’s a jewel of a spot with the lull of the ocean right outside the living area. The location was perfect, nearby to everything we wanted to see and do. The host was not only responsive before our stay but checked in during our stay. He even delivered an ironing board outside the condo door in less than 1/2 hour after I inquired. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back and stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was extremely clean, well maintained and cozy. The location was great and had amazing views. Everything was just as described and the host was very friendly and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Spring break stay with teens

We had a wonderful stay during the off season with our teen daughter and her friend. Beautiful views from the condo of the ocean. The girls managed to soak up some sun even in the chilly weather. The condo was extremely clean and host was available for any questions we had! Great restaurants within walking distance! Would highly recommend staying here! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beachside property. Lavishly furnished with all your living needs. High end amenities throughout. As always, Mr Ding is a terrific host. Highly recommend this place.
