Beautiful, 3rd-Floor Unit with a Balcony and a Loft

Unfortunately Kevin has chosen to leave a bad review because I had to put in an insurance claim because he and his family damaged and took items from my condo. Instead of owning up to what he and his family did he has chosen to lie and bring down my 5 star ratings. As far as the check in time, my place and thousands of other places in the area have a 4:00pm check in time. The cleaning personnel need time to clean after the last person checks out. Unfortunately the people that booked before Kevin also left the place a mess. My daughter and the cleaning personnel witnessed the damage and they sent pictures before and after the place was cleaned. I had to file a claim on them as well. The difference is the guests before Kevin didn't complain because they knew they were wrong. I told Kevin what happened with the last group by phone. I asked him to keep the place clean and report anything that he and his family damages. Instead of Kevin being considerate and keeping the place clean he left the place a complete mess. The cleaning crew and my wife entered after Kevin left and several quilts were missing and they found stains everywhere. Every bed and the couch were stained with a red fluid. The couch had a whole piece of cake hidden underneath a pillow. I have photos. Someone placed a pillow on the cake so it wouldn't be seen during the cleaning inspection. Let that sink in.... The cleaning personnel charged me an extra $210 to clean the condo after Kevin left. They steam cleaned the couch and scrubbed and cleaned the beds. The cleaning personnel were there for almost 5 hours. Normally they are there for almost 2 hours. What Kevin doesn't realize or understand is the cleaning personnel takes photos and video of the condo before and after a cleaning. I have video proof of how it looked before he checked in and when he checked out. 1. Missing items: two Missing twin quilts. The linen company gave a replacement quilt and I bought another quilt. 2. Items that were replaced: Two mattress covers. 3. Item that will need to be replaced: vertical blinds for the balcony door.

Hello Meghan, Thank you so much for the good rating. I'm always pleased when guest enjoy themselves. The Ring doorbell camera isn't used to be intrusive. It's a tool used to ensure guest safety. The Homeowners Association will periodically need access to the building for general maintenance, service calls and pest control. Thanks so much for taking good care of my place.
