The villa is located halfway between the Bois-Plage market (350m) and the Gollandières (800m) and Petit Sergent (700m) beaches, which are among the most sought-after on the island.

The villa is also close to the cycle routes to La Couarde-sur-Mer and Saint-Martin-de-Ré.

There is parking for 1 car and a communal car park close to the house.

The house is non-smoking.

The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.

The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat to 29°C. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.

Depth: 1.2 to 1.6 mm.
Pool security system: electric roller shutter.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
