Oceanfront! 7 Bedroom/3 Bath Private Home/Sleeps 16/Sundeck & Screened Porch!

Unfortunately this is an inaccurate review and we hope future guests will be able to see through it. This home is exactly as advertised. These particular guests arrived and immediately expressed a very negative opinion of the home, because they felt they had paid for more. The main reason for their disappointment was the price point. In the past they have rented much smaller homes, that weren't necessarily front beach and paid much less. This is a beautiful and well maintained front beach home that has 7 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are enough sleeping options to sleep 16 people and while 16 people will not be able to gather in just the living or just the dining room...between the two open spaces, 16 people can gather and also just flow out onto the screened porch...the best spot in the house! The carport under the home is also is a very large open space with two picnic tables...another gathering place. Being able to host a large family in one house is a very rare find on Folly. We manage 14 different properties on Folly and are ranked as Premier Host on VRBO We are completely transparent with all of our listings and is why we are Priemier Hosts. In the 12 years we have been in this business, we have never received a complaint about the toilet paper:) Homes on Folly operate on septic systems. It is imperative that only septic safe toilet paper is used. We purchase the Costco septic safe toilet paper, which we use personally. It is high quality and each roll is a double roll. All appliances are in good working condition and the furniture style is more of a classic Folly Beach style. Many of the pieces in the home are handmade by the owners and passed down from generation to generation. This home is full of love and character and we hope all our guests feel comfortable and welcomed. This home is only rented 6 weeks out of the year and we only began managing it in 2021. In 2021 we had 3 five star reviews on this platform. We look forward to hosting future guests and families who are looking for a comfortable front beach home on Folly that can accommodate all of them in one home, instead of having to rent multiple homes.
