The Nest is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom dog-friendly wooded retreat in The Galena Territory — built for dogs and their people. Couples, families with kids, or mixed groups who want peace, privacy, and the option to bring the pup. Private hot tub, two wood-burning fireplaces, fire pit + fire table, tucked into the trees, and a shuffleboard in the second living room -- perfect for the kids!

GOOD TO KNOW



• Best fit: up to 6 adults in the adult beds; 8 total with the bunks for kids or teens. Groups of 8 adults are welcome and will be asked to acknowledge the bunk-bed configuration before check-in.

• Dogs welcome (max 2) — $150/stay pet fee. Guests bring their own leash and supplies. Yard is unfenced; leash walks in the wooded surroundings and the 20+ miles of GTA trails are part of the appeal.

• Primary renter must be 25 or older.

• After booking: rental agreement e-signature + photo of guest ID required within 48 hours. Standard for all Collection properties.

• Three days before arrival: you'll receive an email from The Collection with directions and house manual. One day prior to arrival: you'll receive your unique door code.

• Check-in 4 PM / check-out 11 AM (early check-in / late checkout not confirmed until day before, not guaranteed)

• No smoking or vaping indoors or within 15 ft of windows and doors

• Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM

• No events or parties

• $500 unauthorized pet fee

• Exterior security camera located at front entry
