This unit is non-smoking and has a 1 bedroom with two double size beds, a walk-in closet and bathroom. Condo has a full-size kitchen, dining area and a nice comfortable living room. with a fireplace and a large screen TV. Unit come fully furnished with linen, towels, wash clothes, pillow, shams, and blankets.

Enjoy the outdoor back patio overlooking the pond and the golf course. Condo's patio has a view overlooking the Magnolia golf-course. The Brunswick Golf Resort is a very secure, quiet and beautiful resort with lots of amenities and activities for the entire family.

Beach Lovers have plenty of time to explore the sands of Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, and Carolina Beach all just a few miles away. Close by is fishing, exciting boating excursions, shopping, wineries and beautiful sunsets all year round.

Want to get away or enjoy a change of scenery you can make a day of it and drive to North Myrtle Beach in South Carolina just 20 minutes away!

Perfect Place to Stay in Calabash

We needed a place to stay in Calabash while relocating to the area. This condo was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. We played golf at this location and used the pool while waiting to complete our move. The owner was just a text away and answered any questions we had within minutes. I highly recommend.

Visiting sick family

Unit was in a great location. Kitchen could have been better equipped. It was a decent stay for what we needed it for. I did think it was very expensive for being one bedroom and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and we have to bring our own sheets which didn’t make much sense since blankets were provided. I don’t see how this was a covid standard. We had a short stay so it was fine but I wouls strongly suggest upgrading the mattresses.

We had the most awesome stay and it started with having a clean, wonderful place to stay. Communication with Lisa was easy and I would most definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Condo with a great location!

Really enjoyed this wonderful ground level condo. Easy to get into and condo is in great shape. Owner was great and prompt in replay to questions. Highly recommend!!

Once stunning decor and view

The condo had a beautiful nature view out back with a stream, and view of golf course. However getting in and out of the complex was a maze and we felt we should leave bread crumbs. The condo had a problem with the vertical shades in the living room and bedroom. The very few amenities {like bringing your own bedding and towels} was a big turn off. The condo was once stunning and still retains a lot of that pazazz. The host was exceptional with communication. We left early and are probably unlikely to come back.

Nice location , outdated property, lack of cleanliness

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days for a relocation. We had our two dogs as well . The host was always very accessible and prompt in responding when we needed her . Which turned out to be immediately after check in as the property wasn’t cleaned . Carpet was filthy and the blinds were so broken in every room we felt our privacy was lacking to say the least. The host stated she was due to fix the blinds after we left . We were a last minute booking , but we paid the same amount of money as anyone else and we felt the property lacked cleanliness and major updating . The host did credit us one night - for our inconvenience, however it was still an issue due to the property feeling filthy and in general not properly kept up . Unfortunately we would not recommend this particular property due to it’s lack of updating and cleanliness . Especially the broken blinds in every room .

Great stay in Calabash

We enjoyed our stay. We did have to drive 5 miles to Sunset Beach. The condo was in a gated community which made us feel safe. We did have problems with the vertical blinds - slats were missing in the den and couldn't open one section in the den. A slat came off the vertical blinds in the bedroom, but I was able to hang something over it while we were there. The blinds were supposed to be fixed after our stay. There was some problems with noise from the neighbors upstairs. It sounded like children running around. The condo was very clean, and we loved the porch overlooking the golf course. We would stay there again.

Vacation Time

The Condo was very nice, the owner was very nice and helpful. We hope to be able to stay there next spring also, seeing it’s pet friendly.

Loved Our Stay

My family, including two small kids, rented this property for a weekend getaway, and loved it. There was just enough space for our group, and the space was clean and well prepared for our arrival. When we had a question right after we got to the property, we were able to reach the host easily on her cell phone. The distance to the beach and several great restaurants was minimal.

Pleasant and Peaceful!

Perfect for our family and pup! Owner was very nice and super quick with replying anytime we had a question! The unit was clean and well kept, the community is nice and very secure at the gate about who comes and goes! We will definitely be staying again!
