Just 8-10 minute walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The beach boardwalk will land you to this beach side oasis. 12 miles of breathtaking beaches with plenty of room to get away from crowds, with limited beachfront hotels. Coligny is the center of the town and is a classic beach town city center with restaurants, shopping, and more. 23 golf courses for all skill levels and budget are located in HHI and neighboring Bluffton community. 5 minute walk from the amazing Low Country Adventure Park and Kids Playground.

The living room has been new furniture Dec 2025, with a full size sofa & 2 swivel chairs and a futon, a large flat screen TV, complete with cable and streaming options. Two side tables with lamps, large coffee table, entry cabinet in the LR. Cable Smart TV and WiFi. FS Washer and Dryer in unit.

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The galley style kitchen is perfectly organized for efficiency and cooking with ease. The adjacent dining room table has seating for six. Also available near kitchen is a washer & dryer to enable convenient laundering with full size machines. The open floor plan enables socialization from the kitchen to living room.
You will find a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom with a brand new mattress Dec 2025, complete with private bathroom and smart TV. Guests joining you in Hilton Head will sleep in the second bedroom that's outfitted with two twin beds. The guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom. A maximum of 4 guests are permitted ( plus an infant/toddler). Each bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo).

This villa is on the 2nd floor, so navigating 13 steps is required to access. There is not an elevator. There is a front balcony, but no rear balcony.

There are no infant bedding accommodations, but infants are allowed if parent(s) provide appropriate bedding.

You are a short ~8-10 minute walk to the beach via the Seaside boardwalk beside Sea Side Villas directly across the street from our condo. At Coligny Park nearby, you will find showers and hoses to rinse everything off before making your way back home.

Walk to Coligny Plaza in just 10 minutes to enjoy restaurants, shopping and getting all of your grocery needs. In between Coligny and the beach, you will find a fun splash park for the kids to play in. In just less that a five minute walk, delicious local restaurants.

Note – no smoking permitted inside unit (deposit will be forfeited if smoke is detected by cleaning service.

No pets of any kind are allowed, so please do not ask for exceptions. (deposit will be forfeited if pet hair, damage, etc. detected by cleaning service)

A large sparkling clean pool is in the complex with new comfortable lounge chairs. Pool not heated but is open year round
