Casa Dulce is an amazing 4300 sq ft spacious beachfront home that is both 100% family friendly & also 100% party friendly. Yes, it is fully air-conditioned throughout! One of the best features of this home is its own private beachfront swimming pool overlooking the magnificent Pacific Ocean where you can catch unforgettable gorgeous, colorful ‘painted-sky’.
This property has over 5 years of great rental history that has guests returning year after year to this amazing place. Located right in the heart of Jaco on one of the best parts of the beach, making it a perfect place to enjoy an afternoon on the beach surfing and relaxing. The outdoor space is also great for barbecuing local fresh fish and meat!

Casa Dulce features 9-bedrooms, fully equipped with everything you would expect from a beachfront luxury rental which includes all the comforts of home.

The Main House features a living room area with big sofas, big TV, large open concept kitchen, ideal for chef service( ask us about adding on this service), a pool table (that can be converted to a dining table). Upstairs Master Bedroom has a King bed and a private en-suite. The second bedroom has 1 Full Bed also has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and a half bathroom. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom across the hallway.

Adjacent to the main house entrance is another structure with outside access which has a total of 6 more bedrooms. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, all 3 bedrooms have its own private bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, each with their own full bathroom. Each of these 6 bedrooms has a door which leads directly outside to get to the main house.

This vacation home is perfect for your bachelor/bachelorette party, destination ‘on-the-beach’ wedding party & reception, family reunion, birthday, corporate retreat, high school or college fraternity reunion, fishing buddies, toga party, guy trips and Spring Break trips. Any large group or special event can be accommodated. All types of groups and lifestyles are welcome!

Casa Dulce – 9-bedrooms with 12-beds plus private oceanfront swimming pool and a 2nd-floor balcony overlooking the ocean. You can also rent the house next door.

Casa Dulce Grande – 16-bedrooms with 18-beds plus private oceanfront swimming pool and 2nd & 3rd floor balconies overlooking the ocean. This home has a large living room with a huge flat screen TV, Pool Table and Foosball Table.
