Stay away from the the traffic and noise of downtown Newport with parking even for 5-6 cars. 5 min drive to downtown Newport, walk to beach, 2 mins to liquor store, 5 mins to grocery! Cant beat the location and the home!

Stay in Middletown

We stayed at this lovely home for our son’s wedding. We could not have been happier with the house. It was perfect for our extended family. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend this home!

Great Newport Gathering House

We had 5 middle aged couples for reunion at the house. Well appointed, and having en suite bathrooms in each of the 5 bedrooms was fantastic. Nice gathering spaces, convenient to beach (clam shack there is great!), and close to Cliff Walk and Newport.

Great House

Easy communication when booking through the stay and check out. The space was wonderful with a beautiful view. The basement was perfect for the kids to take over. Large open kitchen with plenty of seating and all the amenities we needed. In a great area for running walking with beach access right around the corner.

Great Stay for Wedding

Our family enjoyed staying at this rental house, which was near Newport Beach House, for a wedding. It is a beautiful house with water views and well stocked. It was great having a bathroom for every bedroom. There was plenty of parking space and a nice yard for a litlle throwing of the football. We would recommend it to anyone.

Great Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There were eight of us and it was a great accommodation. Nice to have individual rooms and bathrooms. The location is also excellent; there are restaurants close by and several more within a short drive to downtown Newport. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of parking space in front of the house. It is exactly as pictured, and clean. Being able to walk a short distance to the beach was also very nice.

Great vacation

My only suggestion is that the bedroom windows could use blackout shades. The house is very bright which is great except at 545 in the morning. Otherwise, we had a great weekend. Thanks

Perfect Spot to Ring in the New Year

We made last miunte plans to come into town to visit friends for the New Years. The check in process was simple, and management called within an hour of check in to make sure thet we had everything we needed. The house was gorgeous..water views, ease of access to downtown and the beach. There was plenty of space for our large family to spread out. House was new and updated and decorated beautifully, and off street parking was a plus! Considering making this a yearly visit for us, and would definately stay in this same house again! Thanks for a great stay!

Needs Some Significant Improvements

Positives: Excellent location, large deck, patio and main living area with lots of light and clean. Several pretty significant shortcomings: water pressure in showers is non-existent, barely enough to get shampoo out of hair. Very problematic for a beach vacation property. Light paper shades on all windows. It’s nice to have the option to sleep-in on a holiday. No chance in any of these bedrooms. Outdoor shower is completely disassembled, doesn't look like it’s functioned in months. The basement bunk room smells pretty strong of mildew, there is a dehumidifier but it was not operating. We couldn’t have anyone sleep down there. Finally, the beds are pretty bad. There are soft beds-and then there are sink to the floor soft beds. Very uncomfortable. I would not rent again until these issues are addressed.

Great stay for a large group

There are so many good things about this property. It perfectly accommodates a large group of adults who need individual rooms and bathrooms. We also love the location—very convenient, with a quiet neighborhood, and plenty of parking space in front of the house. Brianna was super helpful and friendly. She made sure that we were able to check in smoothly. Inside the house, there are clear instructions about Wi-Fi, checking out, etc. We cooked a lot and can find most of the utensils we needed. It was a great stay and we can totally see how this would be even better if it’s the summertime.

Perfect Place for a Family Get-Together

This was the perfect home for our family to gather for my sister's memorial. Light filled, totally updated. The large kitchen was well-equipped, opening up to a large living area and a deck that comfortably accommodated groupings for eating, conversation. A huge very comfortable sectional allowed us to watch the world series together. Beds, and bedrooms were very comfortable, all had their own bathrooms, closets, two had ocean views. Neighbors were nice, the neighborhood was very pretty and very quiet. We loved walking to both beaches together. This home gave us a spotless, beautiful, warm, comfortable place to celebrate life and love together. On the flip side: glad we didn't need the beds or the bathroom in the basement because it was quite musty down there. Instructions were numerous, complicated, and a bit inconsistent, but the manager helped to clarify everything. Trash cans for the bathrooms would be nice (I made some by rolling down the tops of paper bags). We loved our stay and would definitely return and highly recommend to others.

Great rental!

We had a great stay in the Newport area at this VRBO. House was great for our large group of 10. Even though we had to put adults in the bunk beds everyone said they were extremely comfortable and everyone slept very well. If we come back to Newport again we will definitely try to stay here again!

Amazing walk to beach home

Had an amazing time at this home with my entire group still raving about the experience. Very clean and had a lot of space. Would definitely recommend. Maybe some blackout shades in the rooms would be a great addition

Property good. Needs attention with basement conditions - i.e. plumbing conditions (air conditioning and clean up of construction material). Kitchen cushions should be replaced - were dirty (white not a good color for rented residence). Some chairs were not sturdy and could break easy.

Group of college friends really enjoyed our stay

Brianna was very responsive and even called an hour after our check in time to make sure that everything went smoothly. It was perfect for a large group -- a great open kitchen/living area where we ended up spending most of our time and plenty of space for people in bedrooms + bathrooms! The downstairs with the four bunk beds is huge. We had four adults sleep in each of the bunk beds. The location is amazing. We walked to the beach, Cliff Walk, and Flo's Clam Shack. There is also a really nice outdoor deck/patio -- we didn't end up using it a ton because we were there during a heat wave. The AC in the house was clutch. The driveway said it fit 5 cars without going on grass. We had some smaller cars and were able to fit more than that on the gravel, while still respecting no cars on the grass.

Weekend away with Friends!

Comfortable beds, spacious, en suite bathrooms for every bedroom, great communication with the host(ess). Plenty of linens and towels. Fantastic views and walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room for parking.

Perfect house for a large group

We loved almost everything about our stay. The house was clean, spacious and just a few short steps to the beach. The kitchen was outfitted for a large group and had everything we needed. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom which was nice. A couple of things to improve (reason for only 4 stars): there were 7 bathrooms and only 2 rolls of TP were provided. We were asked to place our trash in yellow trash bags but none were provided. Lastly those couches! A beautiful living room with a view of the ocean but the two couches were stained, lumpy and I mean old and lumpy! Very uncomfortable. All other furniture was so nice, so maybe a bad purchase, but now is the time to replace them.

Most Easiest Booking Ever

Honestly going to be very much to the point, amazing. House was just as advertised in the pictures, and the host…. fantastic. They message you exactly what needs to be done to check in, and check out, also checks up on your during your stay to make sure nothing is needed. House again just as advertised, close to beach, nice town with some cool local eateries, and mom and pop shops. Fantastic stay, 10/10. Thank you host for housing us in your home.

Beautiful and huge!

Beautifully updated home and awesome views of the water. The weather wasn’t great for us; snow and lots of wind so we stayed indoors all three nights, not a big deal because the house is very well appointed for gathering around the kitchen while making dinners and talking. We all had our own bedrooms with on suite bathrooms, it’s not easy to find those accommodations. I would definitely recommend this rental!
