Absolutely beautiful home- spacious, clean and very well appointed. Excellent location and the welcome bottle of wine was a perfect touch. Our host was warm, informative and communicative. We loved our stay!!

Incredible!We had a wonderful trip, the home exceeded our expectations in every way! This house is super clean, and updated throughout. there was everything we could need in the kitchen. For the bedrooms and bathrooms, it was also really well stocked. Tons of towels, plenty of blankets, beds were all very comfortable. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues.Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!

What a wonderful place! Bottom line, this felt like staying in a home that the owners use and care about. It felt welcoming, practical and relaxing. Location is fantastic. First off, I didn't expect the feeling of privacy. It feels hidden away even though it's not on a lot of space. Parking is great and right next to the house. No need to get in the car to go to a beautiful beach, the Cliff Walk, restaurants and ice cream. (Clementine's ice cream has dairy free and Diego's restaurant is great for special diets.) It's just a short drive to many other activities. The cottage was clean, sunny, and thoughtfully equipped and organized. The guide Pat sent in advance was the best I've seen. In the cottage, it was easy to find things, necessities were in logical places, labeled and in good condition. Products were high quality. (I was especially happy to see Who Gives a Crap toilet tissue. Beds were comfy. Fenced in outdoor area was really pleasant, had multiple shady areas as well as the fire pit and grill, absolutely perfect for anyone with a dog or young children. Pat quickly responded to every silly question I had. Absolutely PERFECT.

Girls Weekend at Quahog Cottage

Loved our time staying at Quahog Cottage! The house was just as described and had the best location close to the beach, and only a quick drive into Newport. Pat was a very helpful and communicative host. Highly recommend!

Awesome cottage

My wife and daughter and I had a lovely stay. The house is super cute, clean, and had everything we needed! Walking to restaurants and a few shops plus the beach is fantastic and super convenient! Newport was amazing and the house is super close. Host was perfect communicator! We would definitely go back!

Amazing Stay

We had a great time here. This house was so well stocked- it had everything you could possibly need with lots of thoughtful touches. Pat was so nice and easy to communicate with too. It really felt like home to all of us, even our dog. We'll absolutely be back soon!

Beach Week

Great location. Only a 5-minute drive to First or Second Beach. Enjoyed the roof deck, backyard seating area, BBQ grill, big dining room table, etc. 3 coupes-all family, fit in great. Well-equipped kitchen. Everything worked well, no problems. Host was easy to communicate with.

Late June in Middletown/Newport

Fortunate to find this home for our week-long stay around Newport. The home is charming and comfortable. We enjoyed the location with being able to walk to the beach and Middletown restaurant and being just far enough but just close enough to Newport to not be in the fray. Outdoor patio area was used extensively. Great spot if traveling with infants.

Marathon weekend

Stayed here for the Newport marathon with my family. Just a quick walk to the start/finish line. Great location, hoast/owner was excellent to deal with. Every question and concern was dealt in a timely manner with professionalism.

RI weekend getaway

The Quahog Cottage was the perfect place for my family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the amenities were available, things were clearly labeled, and the house was clean. We would stay again!

Great for hosting a group!

The cottage was a decorated very well and has been updated in all the right ways keeping the charm. Beds were comfy and everything we needed was available to us. The outdoor shower was a bonus!! But the star of the property is the outdoor space with the fire pit. We were able to have a decent size group gather and enjoy the nice outdoor space. Easy to walk to the beach and a couple stores nearby. You need to Uber or drive to downtown Newport but it’s all super quick and accessible. Would def recommend staying here!

Girlfriends Getaway

I stayed with 5 of my friends for 2 nights this July. It was the perfect summer getaway. We enjoyed the fire pit on the porch, lounge area on the roof deck, and the outdoor shower was so great after a beach day. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Pat responded very quickly to any questions we had regarding our stay.

Just as pictured, so cute & clean!

My husband, our two pups and I stayed for a few days to get away for some remote work. The house was super clean and the decor made it feel so cozy. The yard was perfect for the dogs to lay in the sun while we worked. Two stations in the house where we got some work done were great too. We used the upstairs bedroom and the king bed was really comfortable. Pat was super responsive from booking throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this house & hope to be back over the summer to enjoy the weather and walkable area!

Loved our weekend here

Adorable house. Private. Clean. Loved the fireplace on our snowy February visit. My only suggestion is for the host to provide more bedding blankets/comforters. Would definitely recommend this property, and hope to return.

Wonderful property and host!

We rented this property for our wedding and it was wonderful. The space is perfect for gathering and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. Amazing location and very walkable. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

Great Cottage Close to All

Just stayed here for 3 nights with my husband, adult children, mom and dog. The cottage was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a few days away. Its a quick 2-3 minute drive to the beach, and about 10 minutes into town. Pat the host was friendly and responsive. We will definitely look to stay at the Quahog Cottage again!
