Tu piso en el corazón de la Ciudad Eterna

La Casa Trevi está situada en el corazón de la Roma barroca, a pocos pasos de Fontana di Trevi, al pie de la colina Quirinale, en una espléndida mansión del siglo XVII. Casa Trevi pone a su disposición dos pisos finamente restaurados y amueblados con entradas independientes. Ambos tienen vistas a un maravilloso jardín interior con naranjos, fuentes en las que nadan peces y tortugas, y ruinas romanas.

El piso (para 4 personas) incluye una sala de estar con dos sofás camas individuales y una cocina (fuegos, microondas, nevera, etc.), una habitación doble y dos baños con duchas, secador de pelo. El piso está equipado con TV a color y aire acondicionado. Ropa de cama y toallas (una toalla de baño, una toalla de mano y una toallitas) incluidos.

Justo en la puerta principal se encuentran las maravillas más famosas del centro histórico de Roma: Fontana di Trevi; Piazza di Spagna con sus famosos pasos de Trinità dei Monti; el panteon; Via del Babuino y Via Margutta con sus bulliciosos estudios de artistas y tiendas de antigüedades. Finalmente, un pequeño mercado al aire libre justo enfrente del edificio le brinda la oportunidad de probar los productos locales frescos o simplemente navegar por la zona.

En el mismo edificio tenemos otro piso disponible para 2/3 personas.

This was an amazing location. Walking distance to everything except the Vatican. Tons of restaurants! And the quiet garden in the middle of all the activity was lovely. Marta is a wonderful host who explains everything. and if she doesn't know, she will find out. 5 stars definitely!!

Excellent apartment in Rome city center

Marta's place is just as pictured online. It is perfect for a couple or small family. We loved that it is located near all the popular Roman sites, but very much a sanctuary from the crowds!It is well equipped for cooking, but no oven. The internal lighting is great, as is the electric infrastructure for plugging in electronic devices.Once you have Marta's attention, she is very, very helpful!! She even gave us a personal tour of the neighborhood!I recommend this apartment without reserve! Thank you Marta! P.S. There was plenty of room inside the apartment, and outside to throw down a travel yoga mat!!

Location! Location! Location!

This was a perfect location close to the Trevi Fountain, restaurants and shopping. We took an uber around the city and pickup was very easy, just up the road, not far at all. Marta was a wonderful hostess, couldn’t ask for better!! Our only complaint was the beds were very hard, may be a European thing, but our American backs needed something a little softer, lol!

Hidden Gem in Rome

This accommodation is wonderful! It is just a short walk from Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and more. You are in the heart of Rome, yet, when you walk through the door from the street you enter an oasis. A walk through the “hallway” leads to a shared courtyard with trees, sitting areas, and a water feature with turtles and koi. We never heard neighbors but did see a few in the courtyard when coming back from sightseeing. Marta arranged transportation for us from the airport to her apartment and helped with shopping recommendations. Having two bathrooms was a treat even though there were only two of us. There were dishes and items for cooking but, there were so many restaurants within a block or two, we ate out. This is a hidden gem in the great of Rome. If I am able to return to Rome someday, I will definitely stay here. Thank you, Marta, for providing this special place.

an amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was GREAT! Walking everywhere was really easy, plus getting to see the Trevi fountain everyday coming and going was a plus. The apartment was just as pictured. The courtyard was beautiful! An oasis in the busy busy city. Bed was a little firm but we had no trouble sleeping. Would have no second thoughts staying here again if the coins we threw in the fountain were lucky enough for us to come back to Rome :)

Hidden Gem In Trevi

We had a great stay in Marta's Unit, Vey spacious and well appointed. Of course most of our time we were exploring this wonderful city, but step through the front gate and you would think you were 50 miles away, Quite and peaceful courtyard, Cold A/C and Marta was great recommending places to see and eat, when we come back to Rome we would stay again... thanks Marta

Convenient central location

The apartment is comfortable and very well situated near the Trevi fountain. The 2nd bathroom is a nice extra. When we arrived the air conditioning was broken ( very hot July ) and was not repaired during our 4 nights there. Hopefully this will be remedied soon.

Excellent Location by TreviFountain

What a beautiful place in a beautiful location. It could be even better with a little TLC. Couple of hints, keep a window open while running the AC otherwise it gets Muggy. Also, my gps was off by only 50 feet but that put us in front of a green door also marked # 98 the owner did not publish a picture of the front door so we had know idea we were off. I will put a picture of it up. Apparently the road changes names right about where this property is. The bed is hard just like all of them in Italy, 3 light bulbs were not working, the TV remote batttery cover is broken, we did not find any internet TV just over the air. The teapot and coffe pot had nasty residue on the bottom, we had only some dish soap and old nasty sponges to do any cleaning with and could not get them clean. Like I said it is a beautiful building and property and I would consider staying there again but with just alittle care this place could be a Ten! Hopefully the owner stays here for a few days and takes care of these little details that all add up. The area around the Trevi is so loud and busy but this propert is very private and quiet, it is an oasis in yhe city.

Wonderful location for Rome Stay

This is a great apartment to stay in, located just 2 blocks beaitye Trevi Fountain in central Rome. Taxis were easy to catch, and a metro stop is a few blocks away. Marta arranged a pick up at the airport, and drop off at the end of our stay. Communication was fast and efficient. The apartment looks into a quiet courtyard/garden area. It was wonderful to have 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is small but we'll stoked, 3 possible beds with the 2 living room couches. My daughter loved the turtles in the courtyard!

Fijn appartement in gezellige wijk in het historische centrum van Rome.

Het appartement bestaat uit een woonkamer met open keuken, een ruime slaapkamer en twee badkamers. Het maakt deel uit van een gebouw dat een binnenplaats met tuin omgrenst. Geluiden van de straat dringen niet door in het appartement omdat ramen en deuren uitkomen op die binnenplaats. In de directe nabijheid is een levensmiddelenwinkel, een groenten-en- fruitkraam, en talrijke restaurantjes. De prachtige Trevifontein ligt om de hoek. Om de hoek is ook een taxi-standplaats. De meeste top bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand. Ons verblijf in Rome van 11 dagen was een groot feest.

Situation top ,très bon séjour au final

Très bien situé,très calme par rapport à la rue mais pas aux voisins immédiats dans le salon et qui malheureusement pour nous ont été très très bruyants les premiers jours (et surtout nuits)du séjour À 4 ,plus de salon puisque c’est le canapé qui sert de lits mais l’appartement reste confortable quand même Pas de machine à laver ,c’est utile de le savoir aussi puisque l’équipement en signale une. Sinon rien à redire quand à la propreté,l’accueil,le côté très pratique du garage (payant mais sur)juste à côté pour qui arrive en voiture,le supermarché à côté et surtout une très bonne épicerie juste en face :-) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (sans l’indélicatesse des autres locataires...il aurait même été parfait) ,Marta et les adresses des restos étaient de très bons conseils:-)

Truly a Roman Holiday!!

Perfect location... AND what we liked best of all is the quiet of the courtyard. Once inside, we were away from all the crowds and noise and felt completely safe to hang with our door open to the beautiful courtyard. The casa was as described, and Mata arranged for a car to pick us up and return us to the airport which was a great help for us. Walking distance to all the local attractions .... totally recommend to all !!

Great location in central area of Roma

Wonderful location, very central, easy to find - safe and secure. Marta was most helpful in the lead up to our stay and we will have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to friends and family. Pity that the Fontana de Trevi was under repair during our stay (I guess they have to do it sometime) but aside from that everything went extremely well. We will return to explore this fantastic city again.

Casa de Trevi is perfecto

Wonderful hosting

Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights in Rome in April 2015. We are a couple with two teenagers and we were well accommodated. Rome is a lovely city and this wonderful apartment made our trip memorable! Clean, organized, well furnished, good furniture, comfortable beds and bed linen and bath towels. Two bathrooms make it easy leaving home, nice place and super quiet. It's well located, next to the Trevi Fountain. Restaurants, markets, delicious gelatterias, souvenirs shops and other monuments of Rome, everything is close to the apartment. The owner is very friendly, kind, does everything to please us and support us, welcomed us late at night, provided the taxi to pick up and take us to the airport. There are no words to thank Marta for our hosting. We recommend this fantastic apartment and we'll be back!

Lovely Central Rome Apartment

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely central Rome apartment in mid April. We have stayed there before and have booked again for next year! The reasons we like it so much are its peaceful yet central location, its beautifully decorated and spacious feel and its calm location off the main tourist route. The property is very clean and well maintained. The delightful owner provides an excellent service, is very helpful and knowledgeable. We would recommend this apartment to friends and relatives. As the apartment is located in central Rome there are endless possibilities for good eating and coffee - such as Gusto in Piazza Augustus and Bar San Eustachio for a great coffee.

Lovely central Rome apartment

A Lovely Apartment

Our stay at CasaTrevi was wonderful. Marta is very energetic, kind and helpful. It was by far our best apartment this trip to Italy. Loved the location, gardens and especially the quietness and waterfall. The grocery store was literally 1 block away and a lovely fruit and vegetable stand right out our door. Only thing we noticed that the apartment needed was a couple of light bulbs, but it was no big deal. Thank you Marta!!!!!

Great Apartment

After a minor glitch meeting up with Marta, this turned out to be our favorite location of all 4 destinations in Italy! The apartment is wonderfully located close to Trevi fountain, the Pantheon and much of ancient Rome. It is enclosed within a beautiful, peaceful courtyard and yet just steps from the busy city. It was a lovely place to stay and I would definitely love to return!

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We spent three nights in Casa Trevi and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were greeted by Marta on arrival who showed us around the apartment, and also gave us very helpful advice about places to visit as well as the names of some nice restaurants to try. The apartment is extremely well located, just a short walk from the Trevi fountain & surrounded by lots of good places to eat. The apartment is well equipped, cosy & nicely furnished. It was very handy to have two bathrooms, so no queues for showers! A very nice feature of this apartment is the pretty communal garden, complete with resident turtles & lemon trees. This garden was a lovely oasis & so unexpected in the hustle & bustle of a large city. Another big plus for this particular apartment is the fact that although centrally located, it's extremely quiet & private. I would happily stay here again, and would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Trevi to others. Thank you Marta, we had a lovely holiday!
