Welcome to #8 Banyan Court! This is a spacious 960 Square foot newly renovated 2-bedroom one bathroom condo, located in the quiet residential and secure community of Banyan Court Condo Complex. #8 has a free designated parking spot on the property and 5G WIFI access in the condo. The complex has a swimming pool with unlimited access and is a two minute walk away from the beach, bars and numerous restaurants. The complex is also a designated UNESCO World Heritage site nestled between the City and its Garrison.
Unit #8 is an end unit located on the first (not ground) floor. It is fully air-conditioned, non-smoking and boast of an attractive comfortably furnished, spacious open concept, living area with a covered patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The large master bedroom with a king-sized bed has plenty closet space as well as the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms include a customization key-pad safe to store your valuables. The living room includes cable-TV. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and the laundry area includes both washer and dryer. The condo is also equipped with a desk for guests who want to work remotely.

Our recently renovated Apartment offers a modern yet comfortable home away from home environment with all of the basic conveniences. Our guests who stay with us often comment that it is very tastefully decorated, peaceful and spacious and feels like home indeed.
It is also conveniently located near one of Barbados's most pristine and popular beaches called Carlisle Bay (aka Browne's beach). Whether you want to go for a swim or just sit on the beach and enjoy the beautiful sand and sea, or watch the locals play a good game of cricket or some other beach activity. It is just the place to get your much needed downtime. We are also located near to our main town Bridgetown which is easily accessible via public transport or a short distance away if you decide to hire a car and drive yourself around.
