Just steps from your front door catch the complimentary shuttle. This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 and is surrounded by Arapahoe National Forrest with gorgeous mountain views and hiking, biking and snowshoeing trials at your doorstep.

This first floor end unit is ideal for loading and unloading all your gear. No steps to deal with!
Relax after a day on the slopes next to the stone gas fireplace in the comfortable living room that includes bright natural light and stunning mountain views. Stream your favorite movie on the 55” flat screen. Step out the backdoor and enjoy a cocktail and fresh mountain air on the balcony while taking in views of Winter Park Resort.
The updated fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. Cook your favorite meal and enjoy it together at the four-person dining table. Four bar stools pull up to the large granite countertop for additional seating.
The master bedroom features a king bed and mountain views. Use the desk to catch up on emails or comfortably use it to work remotely. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully updated.
The second bedroom features a twin over queen bunkbed and en-suite bathroom.
Slide into the community indoor pool or one of the three hot tubs to recharge your body in the clubhouse.
Enjoy the ease of keyless entry. Included is free WIFI and ability to connect to all your favorite streaming services.

Enjoy everything Grand County has to offer. Guided snowmobiling and off-road vehicle adventures with Grand Adventures is less than a minute away! In the summer ride your bikes as a family on the Frasier River Trail. You can connect easily to it at the bottom of the street. There are also endless mountain bike and hiking trails behind the building in the Arapahoe National Forest.
