Nice place. Comfortable beds. No hassle.

We had a nice weekend stay. There are plenty of amenities such as blankets, towels, and dishes. The neighborhood isn’t in a great location, but it fit our needs just fine.

Thanksgiving

This is our second stay during visits with our son and my sister. The place is an excellent choice for us and we will definitely stay again. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils for the cook that I am. Love the quiet surroundings!

Perfect Stay, Perfect Host

Frencetta was truly a godsend. I reached out to her the night before I was due to arrive in Huntsville after a last-minute cancellation by another Vrbo host due to overbooking. I was already feeling overwhelmed, as I was coming to town for my father’s funeral, and the cancellation added to my distress. On top of that, I was struggling to complete the booking through the Vrbo app. I reached out to Frencetta, not expecting a response—or at least not in time. But to my surprise, she responded right away, assuring me her place was available. When I explained the difficulty I was having with the app, Frencetta took it upon herself to call Vrbo directly and resolve the issue, which lifted an enormous weight off my shoulders. Upon arriving at the condo, I was touched to find a sympathy card from her, a thoughtful gesture that meant so much in that difficult time. The condo itself was neat, clean, and inviting—everything I needed to feel comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to Huntsville. Words can’t express my gratitude for Frencetta’s kindness and help during a challenging time

A lot of Bathrooms!

Stayed a week in AL and this was our second VRBO stop. Our group consisted of 4 adults (2 couples) and it was nice that each bedroom included its own bathroom. (We were actually ecstatic since we're used to sharing one bathroom between four adults when traveling!) Space was very comfortable for lounging. Location was great. A short drive to Huntsville. 10–15-minute drive to the Rocket & Space Center and a 40-minute drive to the Cathedral Caverns. The owner was very attentive. We did not have any issues, but she checked in with us upon arrival and check out, which was appreciated. Definitely would stay again if in the area!

Wonderful place to stay!! Frencetta was an amazing host!! Perfect place for us to relax and rewind(and close to a lot of shopping❤️) Clean, comfortable beds(plenty of pillows), extra touches that made us feel at home. Recommend highly!!

A Wonderful Stay At “Stay Awhile”

We traveled to Madison for a long, overdue weekend with dear friends who moved there several years ago. “Stay Awhile” was ideal for our time in the area. My husband and I are 58 & 63 and our friend is 87. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to anyplace we visited. Frencetta was always quick to respond to any questions I had. She also left a ‘welcome’ note suggesting restaurants we should consider. The condo was clean and comfortable. Downstairs is smile inducing with its whimsical theme of umbrellas and rain. Even the flatware is colorful to coordinate with the decor. Having multiple reclining seats on the sofa was great, too. If not for rain we would’ve spent time in the lovely outside space. We rested so well on the comfortable beds and the updated *bathrooms are outstanding. It was perfect for us to have our separate, private suites. We couldn’t have found a more suitable place to stay and we would definitely choose “Stay Awhile” again. *The only suggestion I have is to add a small grab bar on the wall inside each of the showers for guests who might be unsteady on their feet.

Stay Awhile........DEFINITELY!

We traveled to celebrate our 9 year old's birthday. The home was clean, conveniently located to shopping/dining/local attractions and spacious enough for our party of 4. The home was well stocked to meet all needs. Take it from us, anyone would definitely want to "Stay Awhile!"

Wonderful!

Air conditioning was a big criteria for me, given the 100+ degree summer days. The quality was very good. The beds and sheets were very comfortable and the ceiling fan an extra plus. The kitchen is very well stocked - you could definitely have dinner for 6 and have a good supply of the necessities. The backyard was great at night with the lights on. It was too hot to sit out during the day. The bedrooms both had their own newly renovated ensuites, plus a half bath on the main floor. Towels were great quality and very abundant. The living room was perfect. It has an excellent tv with regular networks and plenty of streaming services. Last but not least Frencetta, the host, was very responsive and pleasant. What else could you ask for in a VRBO?

Location, clean, comfortable

This is about as good of location as you can get. Close to Space Center, Trash Panda games, and great restaurants ( Conner’s steak). Once you walk in the door you can immediately tell the attention to details. Very well though out and just a comfortable place. Couches were great and beds. The place smelt great and was extremely clean. The Host was very gracious and helpful. The back patio is a hidden gym, and the bathrooms are very updated. Would not hesitate to stay again and plan too.

Great Stay and Great Location

My wife and I were in town for a concert event at the Civic Center and we decided to make the weekend of it and stayed in this lovely town house, it was in a great location and very close to our event, the home itself was very clean and comfortable, we will definitely be booking this town home again if we're in town for an event.

Thanksgiving Visit

The property was a great place to stay. We were delighted with the accommodations. We were visiting family for the holiday weekend and it was close to their homes. This property will certainly be a place to stay the next time we are in the area.

Convenient, cute townhouse

This was a very clean property and very convenient location to all places we needed to go. Very cozy and comfortable. Only thing that is not allowing me to give it 5 stars is the perfume/strong fragrance smells is the cleaners and laundry detergent used to clean. The smells were so strong we had to leave the front/back door open first two days because of my severe sensitivity to certain fragrant smells. This did not bother my husband or son, but did bother my stepson and wife when they came by to pick us up.

Supplies in the kitchen & bathrooms

Plates, appliances and utensils in kitchen were all in good shape and good working order. Towels and paper supplies were in good shape in the bathrooms. Fixtures were in good shape, as well. Overall cleanliness was terrific.

Great townhome

Clean property, firm mattress, nice shower, plenty of towels and other supplies. Extremely responsive manager, answered questions in minutes. Very easy to get around Madison, and just a short drive from Space Center and not much further to downtown. Recommended!

Feel Right at Home

As soon as I stepped inside, I knew I had made the right choice. The place was inviting, clean and updated to make you feel right at home. The owner was also quick to communicate and very friendly. I didn’t want to leave, but will definitely be back!

Our stay here was just what we were looking for. This rental is located in a great location. Anywhere we went took less than 20 minutes. There were nearby stores and restaurants which made it very convenient to eat out. There was enough kitchen ware and utensils to make meals as well. The neighborhood was quiet and even though there is a train track nearby, you couldn't really hear it. Our host, Frencetta, was kind and attentive. I would recommend this rental if you are visiting in the Hunstville area.
