No detail was overlooked in this professionally decorated studio at Pilot House located at the Village of Baytowne Wharf! Finding the perfect balance between comfort and style, this well-appointed ground floor studio condo features a king bed and a sitting area furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a 65" HDTV. Our kitchenette offers a mini refrigerator, a microwave oven, a Keurig coffee maker, a sink, and dishware. With plenty of outdoor seating, the walk-out patio and courtyard garden invite you to sit and relax awhile. This cozy studio condo comfortably sleeps 4.

It’s all about location in the the Resort, and our studio is located on the ground floor of Pilot House, within walking distance to countless shopping and dining experiences, along with the many special events happening weekly at the resort. You will love being just steps away from the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex! In addition to the lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area, there is also a full exercise room available to our guests at no charge. Additionally, there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax! Our cozy studio at Pilot House at the Baytowne Wharf is truly the perfect choice for an enjoyable vacation at the Resort.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summertime.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Fun time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good, tram to beach was very convenient, and having restaurants in walking distance was great. Parking was close and covered. The pool was crystal clear and large! One complaint, our shower did not have enough water pressure. Our studio was clean and comfortable.

Nice small rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an enjoyable time at this rental It was a tiny little greatly located rental right in the village. The parking garage was a mess as you dont have an assigned spot so on the weekend it was a mess circling and waiting for someone to pull out so that we could park.

Main Facility Nice

Cockroaches in room. Manager called exterminators ,but problem persisted. Setup in room very crowded and rundown. Outside to patio unkept. The main facility is nice but this unit need serious changes.

Cozy studio in great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just right for a couple. The location has perfect access to Baytown. The beach theme decor unit is tasteful and it has a comfortable bed and a large TV. The pool on the 3rd floor is beautiful. My only complaint was the loud AC in the closet by the bed.
