Un oasis tranquilo y conveniente espera su disfrute en este estudio directamente en la playa en Beachside Two. Este espacioso estudio cuenta con todos los muebles necesarios, junto con una cocina completa mejorada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Este condominio de estilo estudio grande cuenta con 650 pies cuadrados de espacio relajante, que fluye hacia el gran balcón, brindando privacidad y apertura, ya que la unidad se encuentra al final del edificio con el gran jardín ajardinado.

Nuestra unidad de fácil acceso está en el primer piso. La playa de azúcar blanca está a pocos pasos de la amplia piscina.

Internet inalámbrico gratuito disponible en todo. Hay una cama king size y el sof�� cama en la sala de estar ofrece espacio adicional para dormir si es necesario. La pared de ventanas muestra el amplio patio y los hermosos alrededores. Bono, lavadora / secadora están en la unidad. Hay 2 sillas de playa y una sombrilla en la unidad para su uso.

The pictures were nothing like the actual room the room was incomplete disaster construction going on in the building Plumbing didn't drain properly doors falling off the hinges trash all over the ground outside no access to the beach from the balcony

This property was amazing to stay at! We had such an amazing time. The place was clean, and well taken care of. You’re just a 3 minute walk to the beach if even that. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! The host was also so easy to communicate with, quick responses to any questions. I can’t wait to see you his place when all renovations are done!

Our stay was amazing. We came here for our honeymoon this weekend! Rooms were very nice & clean with easy check in. The only part I that didn’t reach my expectations was the view. I paid for a beach view and they didn’t tell me there was construction during my stay. My balcony was blocked off & workers walking around so I didn’t get to use my balcony but overall it was a great stay. Will be booking again next time we come!!

Great stay!

The prosOur stay was overall great! Wonderful location, close to tons of shopping, wonderful restaurants, so close to 30A, and we enjoyed the perks of Baytown wharf. Once the construction is done it will be fabulous to use the back porch to walk straight to the pool or beach. The consUpon arrival we didn’t have a code to get into the condo, just a building code and gate code. With this unit being on ground level we were very surprised that there was no window covering on the small 2 windows facing the parking lot. With there being construction men out there all day, it felt a little uneasy not having window coverings there. Especially when I went outside and looked up every unit above the ground had window coverings on those smaller windows. The last thing was that the condo could’ve been cleaned a little better, there was sand in the sheets when I climbed into bed and the overall cleanliness upon arrival could be improved. The manager was fabulous at responding very quickly and was quick to get us into the condo and willing to do anything to make us feel comfortable, including sending someone to put temporary window coverings up. Which we ended up doing ourselves so I did decline once we got it figured out. I would stay again and would recommend, but would also hope these things could be improved before the next visit

Perfect little place!

We really enjoyed our trip here. It was perfect for our little family. We have 2 kids and it was plenty of room for us this week. We loved the location of the condo. Being on the 1st floor was very convenient. The porch area was very nice to chill & relax in the evenings. Parking was very close by so it wasn’t a hassle at all to get loaded/unloaded for the week. That was a huge help with the kids. Overall we were very pleased with everything and really enjoyed it.

perfect for a family of 4

Perfect time with family we found the place very clean the bed is very comfortable but the sofa bed makes too much noise the place is perfect but if they updated the furniture it would be perfect. a blind is broken

Short vcay

We had a great time, the unit was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful. The beach is a bit crowded in July, but to be expected. Would definitely recommend this property. We love that it was easy access on the first floor, was just right for two friends.

Wonderful stay!!

We rented this gorgeous corner unit for a wedding we attended in Sandestin. The property was clean. The management team had top notch communication, and we really enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor. We will definitely rent this unit again!

There was some pros and cons:Cons: Never received a gate access code to actual get into the gate apartment property or building. Thanks to other visitor willingness to share we managed to access. There was active construction and maintenance outside of the condo, on-going, so sleeping in was not a thought.The blindings had missing parts, and because we were at street level, we were able to look out to see people and they were able to look in to see us.Beach front was filled with rental chairs, eliminating room for people to actually in the beach. Pros: Condo was clean, condo access easy, very easy parking, beach access easy and with multiple options. Cozy condo, great for just 2 people, would not suggest a 4 person stay. Would I rent it again? Yes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here on business with my husband. I thought the property location was great and price was on point. This bottom floor corner unit walks out to an active "pet relief area", which can be very active. I am sure someone will complain but it didn't bother us. There was construction on the property when we went, again, didn't bother us but it created a lot of walk traffic for workers. Someone won't like that I am sure. Otherwise, the room was perfectly fine. Private parking, firm bed, great shower, full size kitchen, and plenty of towels for two. Complaining about anything in this unit would simply be nitpicking about stupid things. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit I rented 4200, I don't think I was ready for rental. It had recently remodeled but the furniture was dirty and the blinds was torn The unit is located on the ground level so that was uncomfortable because our privacy was invaded.
