NO SE PERMITEN LOS ALQUILERES MENSUALES. 2 o 3 noches con un mínimo de 3 noches en verano o alquileres semanales son bienvenidas. Nuestro espacioso condominio GULF FRONT One Bedroom / One Bath está ubicado en el primer piso, con una salida directa desde el patio hasta la piscina. Desde allí, la playa está a pocos pasos.



Nuestro condominio está completamente renovado y actualizado con todos los lujos necesarios para disfrutar de su estadía, incluyendo televisores LCD / DVD, ropa de cama exuberante y muebles fabulosos. La unidad está embaldosada en todas partes, por lo tanto, no hay alfombras, excepto una alfombra para su disfrute. La unidad está ubicada en el 1er piso de Beachside Two y ofrece vistas a la piscina con acceso directo a la piscina desde la sala de estar. Ver el horizonte del golfo de mexico. La unidad contiene 971 pies cuadrados.
NO SE PUEDE ALQUILAR MENSUAL. Pero se alquilará con un mínimo de 3 noches.

It was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The walkout to the pool was ideal and the proximity to the beach was so convenient. Our host was so gracious and kind.

Beautiful condo on the ground floor. We loved the easy access to the beach. The only possible downside for other travelers was that the balcony doesn’t look over the beach. We didn’t mind a bit though! The new pool was lovely and our host, Bette, was incredibly sweet and accommodating. We hope to return to this condo again next August.

Very Nice Beach Vacation

Great place for a beach trip!

We have stayed in Sandestin many times over the years. This condo was a great location and very clean. Will be even better when the new pool opens.

Good beach front property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked into our condo and immediately smelled like someone had smoked in there or maybe people who stayed smoked heavily. It was something we continuously noticed when leaving and coming back. The pool was under construction but we found that out prior to booking so we knew it was going to be that way, nonetheless we really loved being right next to the ocean! Its very quiet and nice as far as the property goes. The chairs and umbrella the owner left were a nice gesture although the umbrella is probably on its last limb ( it’s rusted and had a broken piece in the top that my husband had to keep adjusting.)A couple more things we noted, salt was empty, the bedspread is not comfortable at all (very scratchy and thin) the bed itself Is good tho.We were thankful for the washer dryer and being able to go out on the patio. It was a nice enough place to stay but due to the lingering smoke smell , i don’t think we would stay again.

Great Location

I believe that the room will offer unparalleled access to the pool and beach with ocean beach views from the unit. Clean and straightforward unit. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would like to have a return visit once the pool reopens. Checkout was a bit early, most hotels and VBRO Units have a 11:00 checkout. But overall. a great experience.

Great condo.

When booking we were impressed with the unit’s location and pictures posted. Liked the idea of first floor, by the pool. Did not see the info regarding the pool closure until after the cancellation deadline had passed because of its placement. Would be fair to have that statement in bold print on first page with the posted photos. Could never open the curtains and enjoy because workers were in close proximity.The condo itself was otherwise perfect for us.

Excellent stay

The condo was clean and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. Although pool was under construction, we knew that in advance. The was another pool in close access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. And Bette was extremely helpful.

Perfect location!

2nd Time Stay!

We love this place so much that we stayed a second time and plan to stay again and again! The convenience to the pool and beach for my young family was ideal. While our baby napped our older kids were able to still swim in the pool that was steps away from our room. This place was everything we wanted and more! Highly recommend!

Convenience was excellent. The property manager was very nice and communication. Was great.

The room was clean and very accommodating. It was great to walk off patio straight to the pool and not have to use the elevators. I was very disappointed with the cable and internet. The Wi-Fi was awful and very slow when it did work. Disappointed that Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, and Disney kept shutting down. Wi-Fi and internet was listed as an accommodation and it was awful. I couldn’t depend on the Wi-Fi while trying to utilize it for TV and/or work!

Amazing Place!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved everything about the place, steps from the pool and steps from the ocean. Extremely clean and the management company was amazing! We will be back for sure!!
