Welcome to paradise! Enjoy your next Florida vacation in SW Cape Coral. A 2,400 square foot home with western rear exposure. Newer home with metal roof and impact resistant windows and doors. You will appreciate the serene, tranquil water views of the Gulf access canal. Relax in your heated saltwater pool and spa featuring both solar and electric heating all within a private, screened lanai that also includes a convenient full lanai bath. Amazing open floor plan with 10' ceilings, 8' doors with transom windows, tile throughout and luxurious furnishings. Well equipped kitchen for your cooking needs with a large pantry, soft close cabinets, granite countertops, bar stool seating and stainless-steel appliances. Separate dining area with table with leaf which seats 6. The primary bedroom features three closets, including a spacious walk-in.

Sleep well and comfortably with 3 spacious bedrooms:

• 1 queen

Plus 3 full bathrooms:
• Master bath includes dual sinks, tub and separate walk-in tiled shower
• Jack & Jill bath with dual sinks & walk-in tiled shower

Plenty of toys including swimming pool basketball hoop, pool toys, books, board games, loungers, beach chairs and towels, coolers, stroller, highchair, pack n play and fishing poles. Newly screened picture frame lanai includes dining table and 6 chairs, seating area with couch, tables and 2 chairs, an outdoor shower and grills (gas and charcoal). You'll be conveniently located to grocery stores, gas stations, post office, restaurants, ice cream parlor, parks, boat and bike rentals, beaches and Sun Splash Family Water Park.

Excellent for wheelchair user!!!

This is by far the best place we've stayed as far as accessibility for our daughter in her motorized wheelchair. Open spaces, no steps or even large offsets, 'almost-but-not-quite" roll in showers. We loved it!!!!

Spring Training Winter Trip

We could not have been happier with our stay! The house had everything we needed and an abundance of supplies. Dave, the property manager was so kind, he went over every detail and made us feel at home. We attended every twins spring training game and the location was perfect as it was only a 30 minute drive..

Fabulous stay!

The home was beautiful, spacious and inviting! The home was in great shape, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our coffee on the lanai with pool/hot tub on a fabulous canal. The house was even better as described! A nicely laid-out open concept floorplan with plenty of space for two families or just the two of us. It is located in the middle of all the different Cape Coral attractions and restaurants. We met the owners and enjoyed talking with them. Thank you for a great stay! We would definitely book again! Wonderful vacation

The pictures are exactly as the property is. The pool was amazing and warm. My son had a great time fishing off the canal. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. There were tons of linens: blankets, towels, and beach towels. You don’t need to pack blow dryers. We enjoyed all of the pool toys. It was also nice to be able to park inside the garage to keep the car cool. We definitely would stay again!

We’ve stayed at a number of rental properties in Florida over the years, and this was by far our best experience, (and I consider myself a difficult person to please). The home had everything we needed, it was clean, and Dave was very responsive and great to work with. My only “complaint” is the pool was so nice it made it hard to get my son to want to leave the house. *lol*

Fantastic Place to Stay in Cape Coral

Our best stay ever in Cape Coral; First, the owners are the best; great communication and attentiveness throughout the reservation process, during the weeks leading up to our trip, arrival orientation, and follow-up while we were there. The house is beautiful and immaculately kept. Bedrooms are nicely sized and the kitchen is huge. For us, accessibility was very important since my wife is a wheelchair user, and the home is free of steps, has low thresholds, and can easily be navigated with a wheelchair. All the bathrooms have grab-bars for the toilets, and the master toilet space is large enough to fit in the wheelchair for easier transfers. Also the master bath has a very large shower that is easy to roll-in. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, tableware, glasses etc., and there are a number of different seasoning, spices, and oils in the pantry. Plenty of cleaning and laundry products as well, so check out the house first before you do your shopping. The lanai and pool area are very nice, and controlling the pool/hot tub temperatures was very easy (compared to other places I've stayed where you need an Engineering degree). The location is nice and peaceful. I've stayed at other places on the canals in Cape Coral, but this had to be one of the best water experiences. Lots of fish, turtles, and birds to see, especially the 'crazy flying fish' that cruise through the canal in the evening. This will definitely be our 'go to' place to stay whenever we are back in Cape Coral in the future!

Excellent vacation home, everything we needed!

This place was definitely the best of the homes we've rented on VRBO. We all felt very at home there and had plenty of space to hang out and relax. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The host pays attention to all of the little details, and the place is well stocked with anything you need. We would definitely love to come back! The owners Dave and Lisa were great to communicate and work with. Double thumbs up on this one!

Dave and Lisa’s property is beautiful, comfortable and worked really well for our family! Plenty of space! Super convenient having access to pull into the garage after a day at the beach! The spa was a perfect gathering spot late night!

Relaxing Christmas Vacation

This house is excellent. Comfortable and clean with a stocked kitchen. Lots of towels for the pool as well as toys and beach chairs. We’ve rented many houses through VRBO in the last 15 years and this house rates amongst the best we have stayed at. We ate every meal outside and enjoyed the solar heated saltwater pool and spa. Owner is great to work with as well as the property manager. House is close to restaurants and activities. Our family will be staying here again!

Very nice

Loved it, very nice and updated. Pool was used daily. Outdoor shower was a plus to have. Everything needed in the kitchen for cooking meals. Dennis made checking in and out very easy. Will be back to visit next year!!

Beautiful home in Cape Coral

Stunning home in Cape Coral! House was immaculate and had everything we needed. We did a “woman’s trip” and loved the setup of the house with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Hot tub was especially nice for some cool November nights. The owner made contact the night before we arrived and made some suggestions of places to go. Thought that was super nice and much appreciated. The property manager contacted us the day we arrived and came over to welcome us and make sure the house was in good order. Also a very nice man. I would rent this house again in the future! Appreciate the 5 star service!!

House is beautiful!!!!

House was amazing! Very clean and organized. In a great location of Cape Coral. Pool and hot tub area was very nice. Had all the extras such as pool floaties and toys, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler and 4 fishing poles. Lots of pool and beach towels! Couldn’t have asked for a better replace to stay. Overall my family and I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

A slice of paradise!

This house is spectacular! Spacious, clean, beautiful furnishings and a great layout. The lanai and pool/spa area is roomy and a perfect place to enjoy the Florida weather. And if you like nature, prepare to enjoy birds chirping, ducks swimming and fish leaping on the canal ... what a view. The house is centrally located in Cape Coral with many restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes away. Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are approximately 30 minutes away. If you're looking to stay in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area look no further, this house has it all and then some. We look forward to our next stay at this wonderful home.

Overall Great House

the house was lovely and had everything we needed for a great time. It was clean and the rooms were very nice. The pool was heated, and the hot tub was great. It has lots of great restaurants in the area, that deliver too. We had a great stay. Lisa was a great host, and was able to help out with any issues we had right away.

Great Family Spring Break!

We had a wonderful time at Yellow Moon Villa! The house is beautiful and was fully equipped for our stay! We all enjoyed our time outside in the pool and on the patio. Our girls loved visiting the turtle and fish in the canal each day too! It was a great spot for our family getaway!
