Your tropical oasis awaits at this beautiful 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home with a private pool!

This breathtaking private house offers guests the perfect accommodations for their trip to SPI!
The upstairs entails a spacious living area with ample seating room for guests to relax, as well as a flat screen tv. All tv's in this property are 4K Roku Tv's and come with youtube tv which offers all basic tv stations. Located off the living area is the balcony overlooking the pool area. Guests will love sitting on the balcony and relaxing while feeling the warm breeze of our tropical climate.

The kitchen is nicely laid out and guest will enjoy preparing family meals. The kitchen is fully stocked so it has everything you would need to cook a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
The dining table has seating for 6 people and there is additional seating for 4 more people at the large kitchen countertop.

The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor as well. This bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen tv. The master bathroom is large and has a shower and jetted tub.

This home does have wireless internet. (400Mbps internet)

The downstairs features three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a two car garage.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen tv. All bedroom lamps have usb charges.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen tv. There is a full bathroom located off this bedroom.
The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom located in this bedroom.
This home also has two baby cribs. (Guests are responsible for bringing blankets, items for the crib.)

The pool area is a one of a kind area featuring plenty of lounging room and the pool even has bar stools built into, making it the perfect place for happy hour! Guests will love hanging out in the chairs, hammock and swing chairs in the backyard. The outdoor shower is another useful amenity for guests, especially to get the sand off when coming back from SPI beautiful beach. Cookings in the backyard is a great experience on the propane grill!

Everything was nice. Told them the fridge wasn’t working properly they sent someone over to look at it and said it was fine. The fridge never worked like it should have.

Family Vacay to SPI

The accommodations were as advertised. Enough room for our 10 family members and the management company was responsive to our needs. Pool was beautiful, house cozy and cool during summer heat. All the comforts of home and more. We will definitely visit again.

The home is wonderfully placed in a quiet area and all the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is excellent with plenty of room for meal preparation and quality family time. Perfect place for enjoyment and relaxation. Our two grandchildren enjoyed the Great Pool!

First family vacation

My girlfriend and I took our combined family of 5 kids, 7 total. To the island for a family get away. Our youngest had such a great time in the pool from sun up to sun down. The older girls enjoyed themselves with their own personal space. My girlfriend and i enjoyed having a room upstairs to ourselves. Only thing the house could use is better kitchen knives. If you loveb to cook bring your own knives. Other than that. The house has b everything! We'll come again

Spacious house

Though there were only the two of us for a month in this spacious house, we maximized its use by entertaining a few friends in the large open kitchen/living room area and on the back deck which is partially covered and out of the wind. The pool is unheated but we swam and thoroughly enjoyed the tropical setting. A couple small issues were immediately addressed by the SPI staff. They were great to work with

I reviewed this place on the company website also. To sum it up, the check in process was horrible. You basically have to check in with the company even if it is already confirmed. The property was extremely dirty. Not just one thing but everything (showers, floors, walls, doors, carpet, furniture). The pool was green and slimy not to mention full of leaves. I spent the first night cleaning to make it ok enough to stay. Very pricey to stay in a dirty house.

Nice home near the beach

It was a really nice stay. There was just a lot of dead bugs everywhere and some alive ones. One of the beds had a lot of stains on it. Other than those things it was a good space for the amount of people we had and it allowed everyone to be close.

This property definitely made our SPI vacation much more enjoyable and memorable. It was affordable, clean, and fully stocked with all necessities. Very spacious, plenty of room for group of 9. Kids LOVED having their own room with bunk beds and their own restroom. Although the location was not beachfront, it was still a short drive to everything. The private pool was a plus !!! Check in / Check out process was quick and easy. Property management was very professional and helpful. Will definitely book again !!!

Really great vacation!!!

My family and I had a great time. Julie at SPI Rentals helped so much, she did an awesome job. Even though we had 3 issues your maintenance team came out very quickly and addressed the issues. The pool was a big hit! A couple of items that need to be addressed, the ice maker does not work, the pocket door to the master bathroom won't open and close and most importantly, the back deck and stairs need to be repaired/replaced. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a great time on South Padre Island.

Every was excellent

Enjoyed the house for the second time already. Everything was great plan on renting it next summer . Had problems with the door but they sent someone to fix the problem. Thank you for everything . The only sad part about it is leaving . And I wish we didn't have to check in so early since we lost almost a whole day to check in and check out was at 10 other then that everything was prefect . Looking forward for next year

Fun Week In South Padre

Your service was excellent. You problem solved nicely when my flight was delayed but everyone ELSE arrived early. You were quickly responsive to the few issues we had with a shower and the kitchen sink. Your team was friendly and professional. My only suggestion is that the carpeting on the stairs has taken a beating and the owner should consider replacing. I would be VERY comfortable referring someone to you! Thanks for making everything easy.

Quiet location, outdated home

The house is in need of a lot of repairs. The floors were dirty and the blinds were busted as I did my walk through. I had higher expectations that weren't met with this one. I would stay again but only if repairs and updates are made. The carpet on the stairs was pretty gross very dirty.

Oleander house

Floor tiles broken, pool water fall broken, pool lights don’t work, bbq grill ready to fall apart, water constantly dripping in guest bath, master bath pocket door off track, carpet stains on stairs and string pieces missing on carpet, handrail inside wobbly, deck stairs rotted ready to break. Poor maintenance on this house for sure. Other than that we had a good time!

We had a really good time at this house and it served our needs. The location is great and a really neat property with lots of potential. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were some things that really need attention. When we got there, the bed in the master bedroom was completely falling apart, as in the headboard and footboard were just leaned into place. I called SPI rentals and they came promptly and fixed the problem. While the repair man was there, one of the toilets overflowed so he also fixed that. The internet also wasn't very reliable, and the repairman wasn't really able to fix it so we mostly ran off of hotspot. The kitchen did have utensils, but only the bare necessities. A few of the lights weren't working in the house. A number of the doors need adjustment, some of them latch extremely loosely, one sliding door was broken. A few of the facets/showers drip if you don't close them just perfectly. I wouldn't say the place was dirty, but it wasn't the cleanest we have stayed at. My overall assessment is this…it's a great little vacation spot for a family, but don't expect too much from it. It looks MUCH nicer in the pictures than in real life. I'm not trying to be picky, but I'm trying to leave the kind of review I wish I would have read. Cheers.
