Esta hermosa casa privada de 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños está ubicada directamente a solo media cuadra de la playa. Con tres niveles, esta propiedad tiene un montón de espacio para alojar cómodamente a 12 personas. La planta baja incluye el primer dormitorio de invitados con una cama matrimonial, un televisor de pantalla plana y un baño privado con ducha.

Justo arriba, al segundo y principal nivel de la casa encontrará el concepto abierto de cocina, sala y comedor. La cocina es espaciosa, ofrece mucho espacio en el mostrador para preparar comidas con tus amigos y familiares, y está completamente equipada con ollas, sartenes, platos y utensilios necesarios para tu comodidad. La sala de estar es amplia, luminosa y ofrece a los huéspedes muchos asientos alrededor de una gran TV inteligente de pantalla plana. Mire sus películas, deportes o programas favoritos y cuando esté listo para dormir un poco, los sofás se abren para proporcionar espacio adicional para dormir.

Great place near the beach

My wife and I stayed here with our small dogs for a few days and enjoyed it. The place is close to the beach and there's plenty of room for a larger group/family. Would definitely recommend.

Great Spot Near Beach

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for spring break. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the location was quiet with easy access to everything we needed. It was a lovely beach vacation spot!

Great location & great pool!

This is a great location and very spacious house. We really appreciated having the kitchen which was fully of all the things you would need to cook for a large group. The pool was also a great addition. We would stay here again.

Great spot close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dogs! Fully equipped kitchen, clean house, cute yard. Only (TINY) complaint is no soap in powder room.

The home was beautiful and very neat. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 8. Just a short walk across the street we had access to the beach. Also short walking distance to Bay for food and music. Loved staying here. Staff was very helpful as well.

This place is amazing. The rooms are very nice and cozy, heated pool, among views from the balcony areas, grill is a five star product, kitchen and living area space is great for family and friends to get together. Beach access is a huge plus as well. Highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our Ling st stay

We were impressed by the house on Ling. It was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the ammenities. We appreciated the beautiful dishes and fully stocked utinsels, baking wear etc in the kitchen. Wow what an awesome place to stay! Our relatives were quite impressed and were immediately able to relax and start vacation mode as soon as they arrived!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped

We loved the house — it was very, very clean. The living area was super comfortable, along with the kitchen, which is very well equipped and spacious. The only thing that might be a bit inconvenient is that it has three levels, but aside from that, everything was lovely. When we arrived, the pool was full of sand, which I think was the only thing that wasn't 100% clean. We called to have it cleaned, but it never happened. Other than that, the location is ideal, and the inside of the house was very clean and beautiful. We loved it.

Great Beach Escape

You can't beat the location of this awesome townhome. One block to the beach and within walking distance of the entertainment district. Anywhere else, we can hop on the free shuttle on the corner. The home itself is very spacious and immaculate. It has been recently painted and updated and we really enjoy the pool/spa. It's also great that we can bring our furry kid along to enjoy the beach. Overall, a great experience at SPI!

Good nice place

Place was wonderful. The only problem we had was a bad storm came in knocked the fence down. I contacted maintenance they said since there was a side gate they could go through there to access the backyard . We had the front door locked. Maintenance never knocked or rang the door bell. They unlocked the door and just walked in. We didn't like that at all. Especially with having kids in the house. They did it twice.

Very nice home to accommodate a big family it was nice n clean and balcony had a great view for fireworks displayed in the evenings. Everything was within walking distance. Maintenance response was great responded in a timely manner. Check in n out was made easy. Will be using SPI again. Thank you for your great customer service n accommodation.
