This wonderful 3 bedroom villa is located in the
popular Ocean One oceanfront complex. The villa offers
3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The master bedroom
offers a King bed with a private bath & private balcony.
The second bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV with
a private bath and private balcony.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, private bath and a
flat screen Smart TV for streaming only. The living room
features a Smart TV and a spacious balcony, with comfortable
furnishings - including a new queen sleep sofa.
Enjoy the convenience of being at the beach staying here.
Easy walk to the new Celebration Park or to Coligny Plaza
with over 60 shops & restaurants. A quick walk down the
beach to the Tiki Hut where there is usually live music
during the peak season.

Perfect Location

We had an awesome time staying in this condo. It was perfect for our 7 person group. The pool was awesome and being right on the beach was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location. It’s convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach is a little crowded due to the public beach access and the Tiki Bar. My only suggestion for the condo would be to have quality knives and maybe better mattresses for the twin beds.

Great location and amenities. We had a great stay overall. Had some issues with cleanliness. Pillowcases were very dirty as well as sheets. We had to buy our own on the first night since there weren’t any extras and were arrived late. The next day they said they would refund us for the pillow cases so that was great! Definitely a little inconvenient to have to buy trash-bags, soap, TP etc. especially if you fly but we made it work!

Outstanding location just steps from an outstanding beach. Numerous shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy access to all Hilton Head has to offer. The unit was as advertised and was clean and well maintained with a couple minor issues to be expected in a multi use condo. However, the single biggest negative was the mattresses in 2 of the 3 bead rooms. It was as if the owner picked up used box springs, stacked them 2 high and put a 2 inch mattress topper on them; they make a sleeping bag on a gravel drive feel like the Ritz. Really inexcusable. Lucky for us the rest of the unit, complex amenities and superb location made this seem minor.

Great Place!!!

Very spacious with great location to beach, Coligny Plaza and Tiki Hut bar. Rental agency was very prompt, polite and truly cared when we had an issue!! Definitely recommend this beautiful condo.

Awesome location with easy access to the beach.

Everything about the stay was easy with plenty of room for everyone. Easy walk to everything from shopping to eating. The room was not very clean so that would be my only negative review of the room. Overall the family was very pleased with the stay.

Great Location

We stayed with our adult children and their significant others. So close to the beach and Coligny Circle. Only downside was lack of dish towels (none) and supply of plastic trash bags (2) for the whole week.

The property was clean and in a great location but unfortunately there was very loud construction going on and the parking lot was a mess. Also we had no operating elevators. We were not made aware of this at all Prior to our stay

The back balcony was peaceful and quiet, thought I would like the ocean side but it seems very loud and public at all hrs so your place was great! Ideal location but…

Furnishings were nice. However, we very disappointed with the master bedroom. It did not have a tv, the extremely old/thin king topsheet did not cover the mattress, and there was no bedspread. A blanket served as a bedspread but it had a circular stain on it. There were not enough wash cloths for each person to have one. Quality of bedding and towels could have been nicer to match value of what rental charged.

Great location!

Property was in a great location! It was great having security to make sure spots in the lot were available. The convenience of the pool and the beach just beyond was great. The pool was cleaned daily which was awesome and there were cleaning crews taking care of hallways and common areas all the time. The condo was okay. There were some areas lacking cleanliness and lacking some essentials. Not enough kitchen utensils, pots pans and cooking equipment, plates etc. for a week long stay with 3 kids but I made do. The dishwasher didn’t work and we didn’t realize until we tried running it a couple times and teally needed to wash dishes dry hand anyway since there weren’t enough for more than one meal a day. The couches were dated and a bit uncomfortable. We had an amazing trip overall and can’t wait to come back. Maybe even this unit once updated some more.

Great beach location Check in easy Guard gate friendly and attentive Noisy at night some nights Ice maker non functional-given ice trays and option of bagged ice- noted by housekeeper during cleaning but not communicated Dishwasher not working-should have been noticed Dryer vent not emptied recently to the point of concern for fire risk Bathrooms are small Appliance tech evaluated-not fixed-no other communication-was Thursday at that point of a 7 day rental Unit very nice but furnished bare bones Internet is slow No welcome package of TP Had to call for an iron Electrical wiring nonsensical-difficult to turn lights on and off Mattresses borderline comfortable Would have ignored any of the above if an isolated issue but rate low based on the sum of all Trash shoot full on day of check out Pool shut down for a day? Chemical problem? Was easy to reach rental office-difficult to fix problems as they are of a chronic nature and they responded as they could Was notified that a renter had been in week previousand the above issues not reported or addressed per office Great close beach location Would not rent again due to above issues in condo First rental experience with this company- would be careful with next rental opportunity My family has been to HHI multiple times and love this area

Management Team NOT informative

I’m going to summarize by saying the place was nice, but the owners might need new management. When we arrived the cable, ice maker and dishwasher were all broken. We called and left message to no response. When we called 2nd time, they said they knew about dishwasher and ice maker and planned on fixing AFTER the season?! They sent a cable guy who switched around boxes and cable worked for about ten minutes then went out again - we had no news the entire week. Wasn’t even prepared about a storm that came through! The final straw was a gigantic roach came in (only saw the one so probably not a huge issue in the condo) BUT I called again to see if they might come spray or something and received no response and no call-back. More disappointed in the owner’s management team than the condo. They likely weren’t aware all of these issues were going on. We won’t stay there again.
