Shorewood 201 - ¡3 habitaciones frente al mar directo con vistas espectaculares!

Los huéspedes que se alojen en Shorewood 201 disfrutan de vistas panorámicas del Océano Atlántico y la playa hasta donde llega la vista. Después de horas de surf, los turistas regresan del océano a través de la pasarela de la playa privada y luego se sumergen en la piscina frente al mar o en un spa climatizado según la estación. La piscina está climatizada del 1 de marzo al 30 de abril y del 1 de octubre al 30 de noviembre. Los niños pequeños tienen una piscina para niños separada. Shorewood es un edificio con ascensor de cinco pisos ubicado en South Forest Beach. We had a great week in the condo. Perfect location --close to the beach and restaurants. The interior is starting to show some wear and needs a little updating/refreshing.

Beautiful, spacious condo with gorgeous views and a very short, easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice. This location is close to Coligny and an easy drive to many restaurant options. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing

The condo was very beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only issue that I had was that the beds were a bit worn.. Great location near everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at 201 for the last 7 years and it feels like our 2nd home. We really love this unit and Shorewood. The refrig door does not close completely and the repair man was in to work on the ice maker but we still had no ice. We also would have liked to have a broom to sweep up the floors and the patio.

Beautiful room, perfect view of the beach AND the pool, clean, close to Coligny, excellent communication, easy check-in/out! This corner unit overlooking the beautiful pool was absolutely perfect!!!!

It was a very spacious 3 bedroom condo that was beautifully decorated in an amazing location.The downside was the smell of the condo. It was VERY musty and we couldn’t clear it out. For that reason, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I didn’t get a response from the office when asking for help with it. Also, there was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms, we had to use the other bathrooms for showers.

Updating and cleanliness.

This is the third year we have stayed at Shorewood. Did not like the fact we had to stop by rental office to pick up parking passes and swim bands. They have always been in our room before. The email I received said we could call, email or come by office to get code. That apparently didn’t matter because no parking pass or swim bands. The unit itself had been updated, but not enough for what they charged per week. I was expecting a lot more. All the bathrooms were nicely updated. The mattresses needed to be replaced. The refrigerator seal did not close properly. Had to give it an extra shove to get it to completely close. Dryer needed to be replaced. It took towels almost 3 hours to dry. Ridiculous! Speaking of towels, only 1 washcloth per person? So we had to wash frequently and then took forever to dry. Light over stove did not work. So many little things that needed attention. Could have been really nice with a little attention. The unit was not as clean as I would have expected. Dust bunnies in closets and various other places. Needs a deep cleaning. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I also appreciate being honest and letting others know what to expect.
