Skiers Paradise! This Townhouse is at the base of the yellow lift. Ski in ski out and steps away from the pool and golf course.

Two bedroom plus loft with twin, two bathroom, sleeps up to eight guests. Perfect for a family or two small families to spread out and have plenty of sleeping space.
Located in Schuss Village just steps from the yellow lift. I call this almost ski in ski out.
Short walk to the Schuss golf course.

* Special parking lot for boats and trailers. Plenty of room for boats.
POOL ACCESS: This condo has complimentary access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub AND access to the Lakeview Hotel indoor and outdoor pools.
*pool closures are out of our control and we cannot refund for pool closures. This does not happen often*

Master bedroom on the 1st level has a queen bed and a twin over full.
Upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds
Full size bed in the loft with a door for privacy.
2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Washer and dryer for guest use.
Fully stocked kitchen

We have some of the best golf courses in Michigan. We are on the Schuss course.
Just a quick drive to The Chief, The Legend, Summitt, Hawkseye and The Farm.
Many of our guests use our condos as a home base for day trips.
You will only be 30-40 minutes from Charlevoix, Petoskey and Traverse City.
Shop, go to the casinos, fish, boat on beautiful Torch Lake or Lake Bellaire.
Bellaire has a wonderful varitety of restaurants, quaint shopping and a grocery store with some specialty foods to stock up your condo and cook a great meal. Visit the Bellaire Smokehouse for some of the best grilling meat and fish around.
Swim, boat, use the pools and hot tubs, sightsee. There is always something to do.

Great place to stay. Nice to have a bbq and kitchen supplies that were provided. Our only real complaint was the pillows and how hot the unit got. We ran the air conditioners on full.

Ski Weekend

Great place to stay for a ski trip. Tons of room for a family of 5. Host was very responsive and helpful with the check-in. Very short walk to the lifts. Condo was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again.

Great little place

Great location for skiing. A little cramped in the kitchen area with 5 guys but we made do. Communication with the management group is not the best. But very nice other than that.

This location was an easy walk to the yellow lift, even in ski boots! The place itself was exactly as shown in the pictures.

Fun spot for you and your friends/family

The condo was kind of hard to find. The directions are can be confusing. You really only need the actual address to the condo not Schuss's address and a bunch of directions that are confusing. Also, maybe stating the condo is on the end of the building and has two units 518/519 would be helpful. Finding the condo was like a solving a puzzle and when your traveling nobody wants to deal with that. Other than that the condo is fun place, a little crowded with the way it set up, but we had a nice stay. Thank you. One last thing the hot tub was closed nearest to the condo so we traveled further to a different pool. So knowing where all the pools/hottubs are before you go is reccomended.

Golfing getaway

The propert was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Many nearby restaurants to choose from and we played the Legend golf couse as well as one other. Many things to keep us busy in the area. Loved

Lovely landing spot for a week at Torch Lake!

We found this listing for a last minute family trip to Torch and it was a perfect spot! We brought our 24 ft boat and had no problems parking it right by the condo. The condo was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed to clean up and rest after long days on the water! The washer/dryer was a plus so we didn’t have to cart home a bunch of dirty clothes. Downtown Bellaire is so cute, and the Iron Skillet breakfasts were incredible, as recommended. Definitely on our short list to return here if we decide to come back next summer!

Mini Family reunion

Property was as advertised, and perfect for the four of us who stayed there. With family who live in the area, this location was easily accessible for everything we wanted to do. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!!

Nice getaway

We had a great time at the condo - location if perfect for our day trips into Bellaire and to Torch Lake. Two separate sleeping spaces with private bathrooms made traveling with another couple comfortable.

Great hideaway!

We loved our stay at the condo in Schuss Mountain! This is a great location for relaxing, unwinding, and still exploring everything nearby. The condo was well maintained and communication with the owner was simple and quick when we had questions. We'll definitely be coming back in the future!

The Schuss Mountain property was in a great location. Close to Belair and Torch Lake and easy driving distance to Traverse City. The condo slept up to 11 but we only needed 4. It has all of the basic necessities and is reasonably priced.

This is a really nice place to stay! They had everything you needed for cooking and grilling and extra nice blankets . Nicely decorated. We would stay there again forsure. Beautiful mountain just outside the door.

Nicely located for skiing

If you need rental equipment, realize that you need to go over to the other area (i think 8-10 minute drive). Condo was clean and completely comfortable for our use. Thanks!

Ski trip

We took our family on a ski trip here and having the ticket sales and lift within 100 yards of the condo was wonderful. The grill and gas fire pit were a nice bonus and the pool and hot tub were a great way to wind down after a day on the slopes.

Perfect place to getaway

Everything was perfect, it was a nice location to visit many towns all around Michigan. The location was quiet and secluded. The only downfall of this property were the beds, much harder than home. Will definitely book here again.

This was the perfect place for our weekend stay. The condo has everything we needed.

The rental process was easy and I’d recommend this property for skiing trips, golfing or color tours which is what we’ve were doing.

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year round. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.

We are located within a resort with skiing in the winter and golf in the Summer. We are located within 30 miles from many popular Northern Michigan destinations. Stay here and take day trips, come home in the evening and cook a meal and head to the pool for a swim or relax in the hot tub.
All of our condos are professionally cleaned between guests.
