LeVilla 551 is tucked in a quiet area of Schuss Village
NEW renovated kitchen and modern bathroom with walk in shower.


We also have 548 and 549 so if you are looking for more than one condo next to each other this is perfect.

Lower walk out unit. (No stairs to climb) Park right out front.
Very quiet with pond view. At the end of a cul De sac just a short walk to the driving range. Step out back to cross country ski or snow shoe.
Sleeps 4. 1 bedroom w/ Queen bed
SMART TV w/ DVD in bedroom.
Queen sofa sleeper
Baby pack and play also available per request.
Upgraded WiFi to allow work from home.
Living room and kitchen open with a comfortable couch and oversized Comfy chair
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make small meals
2 burner stove top. (no oven) Will have combo microwave air fryer to allow making full meals.

Included with your stay is a pool pass that allows guests to use the indoor pool and hot tub in Schuss Village.

Back faces the 18th hole of the Schuss course. Within a few miles there are 5 other very popular golf courses.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.

Weekend Getaway

The location was perfect for what we wanted. Close to golfing, shopping, and good restaurants! We enjoyed a ski lift ride to see the fall colors. We would definitely stay here again!

Northern Michigan Retreat

We stayed here as a base to access Northern Michigan. It was a perfect spot to relax and close to so many things to do. The newly renovated condo was perfect and our girls enjoyed having access to the pools and hot tubs of the resort.

In town for a Reunion

Needed a place to stay while in town for a reunion. Location was quiet and clean. It had all that we needed to fix breakfast and dinner if we didn't want to go out. Patio has a nice weber grill and a patio fire pit.

Peaceful and tranquil

We spent 2 nights here and loved it. The condo was well Furnished, clean and in a nice secluded area, but still an easy driving distance to the places we wanted to see. Host is incredibly responsive and was super easy to work with. Checkin and checkout were a snap. I highly recommend and would stay here again!!

Quiet and Beautiful Condo on the Golf Course

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend in Mancelona in this adorable condo. Very quiet and clean area that was perfect for the two of us. Plenty of space for two people. Would definitely come back and stay here! This property is relatively close to many other neighboring towns (Traverse City, Charlevoix, Bellaire) with much to do and places to eat!

Great Weekend Getaway

Fantastic property in a good location. If you're interested in golfing, the condo is on the Shanty Creek golf course and is walking distance from the base of the ski hill. The condo was clean and provided all the necessities. You're within 30-45 minutes of most activities in Traverse City, Boyne and Charlevoix area. Will definitely visit again.

Exceptional feedback from property manager

I stayed only one night and needed a place to stay close to Kalkaska and Mancelona as I was visiting my sick brother. The owner reached out to me to make sure I received the check-in email and gave me a sense of relief with so many other things on my mind. Cute place and very clean.

Beautiful quiet place

We absolutely loved our stay in this newly redecorated condo. All that touches were there to make our stay, especially comfortable. Would’ve given it five stars, but we never heard back when we contacted the owner by the telephone listed there. Not sure why.

A very warm and relaxing stay!

We had to come up and stay for a family member's funeral but I am so glad we found this tiny place to relax in. Once we found it, it was easy to get into and the whole area was super quiet. We got to enjoy the hot tub and sauna with the accompanied pool pass on a freezing cold evening and had dinner very close by on Torch Lake. The TV in the bedroom was wonderful as well, and the place heated up quickly. It would have been nice to have silverware on hand and a trash can other than the bathroom one. Coming around this area of Michigan in October is a must! The fall colors were wonderful.

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year round. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.
