The "Ski Shop Lodges" is a renovated ski shop in the Schuss Village at Shanty Creek Resorts. Ski Shop Lodges # 5
Make this that " remember that time we stayed at Schuss vacation"
You will be able to ski, take breaks and ski to your door.
( 3 )two bedrooms with slope views and (4) one bedrooms. All are ski in ski out. We wanted to keep some of the history by keeping the name, The Ski Shop Lodges!
This one boasts:
1 bedrooms with Queen bed and brand new mattress
1 Sofa sleeper
1 full bathroom with a walk in shower
**Heated tile floors throught out will give you that "homelike cozy feeling"

Plenty of dishware to make meals if you prefer to eat in

Literally everything in these condos is brand new.

We have used VRBO several times and this was probably the cleanest of them all. The bed was very comfortable and it had nice bedding on it. The towels in the bathroom were nice quality as well. It’s not a huge condo but we weren’t up north to stay inside. Would definitely stay here again!

I haven't had a better host than Connie. The location was perfect. She was attentive, accomodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay at one of her properties when wr are in the area again.

Absolutely perfect for a fun ski weekend, everything you could need is there, access to the ski hill, very comfortable clean and updated. Will definitely stay again.

Cozy, clean and comfortable getaway

The condo was extremely clean, location was fantastic. The outdoor pool overlooking Lake Bellaire was beautiful and tranquil. Definitely recommend this condo.

Great, Budget Friendly Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this very clean VRBO rental. The queen size bed was very comfortable! We did a lot of sight seeing in our short four days staying there. It was always a nice drive back to the Schuss Village. I will definitely recommend this place to others!

Clean and new

We liked the condo and appreciated the amenities. The place is well appointed for a getaway for 2. If you don’t mind driving to other Michigan locations then this is a great place to stay.

Great location

Stayed for one night. Property was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Great location - was able to fit in 9 holes of golf, visit Bellaire, and use the pool pass to see a spectacular sunset at the Lakeview Pool. Would have enjoyed a longer stay. Only criticism is I could hear an alarm from adjoining room in the morning.

Ideal Location

This location is perfect for seeing Northern Michigan. Went to Petoskey, Charleviox, Traverse City & Mackinaw Island. The condo has everything you need for cooking. Comfortable bed, too. Very pleased.

The condo was new and super clean. Everything we needed was provided. It’s a little drive to get anywhere but strongly suggest a visit to Bellaire! Torch Lake Cellars did not disappoint either!

Very nice condo

Enjoyed our time in the area to see the fall colors. Great, updated look and feel. Ski lift was open Saturday, but pool and hot tub were not. But, had access to other pool and hot tub at hotel just a short drive away. Owner communicated quickly.

Cute place

Place was cute and very clean. I would certainly stay again. The code for keyless entry did not work but we were able to use the key in the lockbox. Air conditioner keeps living room nice and cool but there is no venting into the bedroom so it did get quite warm despite the fan in the bedroom. Decorations were adorable. The place was very comfortable and homey!!

Schuss Fall Getaway

Condo was very clean. Was able to do a few day trips. Not much to do on the property but it was the off season. The mattress was not super comfortable and the noise from the condo attached was quite audible. Not a light sleeper’s first choice. Condo was well stocked with everything stayed in the bio.

We enjoyed our stay with the exception of one family next door. VERY, VERY LOUD. Constantly yelling at their children but maybe that's how they always live? Thankfully they didn't stay long.

As advertised

The condo is very clean and had everything we needed. We were disappointed we could not control the thermostat, as I have hot flashes and the weekend we went there was a heat wave. Also there were no screens in the windows, so we couldn’t open the windows at night. Overall the condo is extremely nice and well located. The outside area of the condo complex is in need of updates.

Weekend Getaway

It was beautiful on the inside. Very clean! Comfy couch! Nice TV. Great full kitchen! You walk into the living room as you come in, there is an a/c unit in there. However, there is only a fan in the bedroom, it was very warm most of the time. The bed was ok, could have a more comfortable mattress. The sheets kept popping off the bed which was annoying. You are not allowed to use the bath towels at the pool. Please edit listing to reflect this so people can pack accordingly.

We love this part of Michigan! There is something to do in every season. Skiing, golfing, biking, hiking, boating. Fall colors are spectacular. Awesome hiking and biking trails.

You wil literally be able to ski to your door, take your skis off and step on to heated tile floors throughout. This is luxury at an affordable price.
EVERYTHING in these condos is new!

This particular condo along with #4 can be used as a lock off unit and opened up to sleep 8 people. Perfect for 2 families traveling together. Enjoy time together and still have your own private space. Its the best of both worlds. Just ask for 4 and 5.

We have tried to stock this condo with as many items as we could think of to make your stay as comfortable as home. You will enjoy a 55 inch smart TV after a day on the slopes or visiting the lakes or surrounding Northern Michigan beauty. Fully stocked kitchen with all of the ammenities you need to make wonderful meals and memories. All linens, soaps and paper products included. Our unit is well maintained and very clean. Professionally cleaned between each guest.
