Le Petit Parisien - Au Cœur de Montparnasse

Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, on the commune of Paris in the 14th district, this charming flat of a surface of approximately 58 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Living space :
- A 40 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining table.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: A double bed (140×190) with an adjoining shower room and WC.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A balcony of about 4.5 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Come and discover and visit the city known as the city of light and love!
- Sightseeing: the Eiffel Tower, the Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, the Ile de la Cité, the marshes, the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre...
- Sporting activities: Many parks and activities are available, cycling, boat trips, indoor climbing wall, walk on the green corridor (Viaduc des arts)...
- Cultural visits: the Louvre Museum, the Opera Garnier, the Orsay Museum, a visit to the Musée des Arts Forains (by appointment) and Bercy Village in Bercy...

Loved to apartment and location. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the sounds of the city. Luxembourg Garden is right around the corner. Cafes, bakeries and bars near by and easy access to the metro to explore the rest of the city Would stay at this apartment again

Le Petit Parisien "Parisian apartment 🙂 What we liked most about the property was the location, near the metro station and on the last floor of a building, lovely view! 🙁 We were four of us and the toilet access was not so comfortable, as during the night the guests staying on the sofa bed they had to pass by the bedroom where there other two guest were sleeping. The sofa bed had a super thin mattress, so not so comfortable to sleep on. The communication with the property management company was very poor, they were giving contradicting information compared to the concierge. This was quite stressful!"

Le Petit Parisien "The place was nice, well located. However, the person assigned to assist us was not helpful. First there was no coffee pods and the used coffee pods were still in the machine. Then the sofa bed had stains but he assured me that it was cleaned. I was ok at that time. The next day, we found out that the dishwasher had unwashed wares inside, there was a stench from the shower sink. The dryer strainer was dirty and not cleaned. There was no shampoo, soap or paper towels. Finally my daughter woke up with bites (she slept in the sofa). The assigned went on to defend that they are not responsible for amenities. The last straw was when he refuted my daughters bite marks. To the extend of saying doctors will agree with his ""expert"" findings. Totally unhelpful, unprofessional and need guidance. . Openly refuting and disagreeing with my findings. Almost ruined our final stop. I took pictures and saved our conversation. Hope its just a language barrier issue."

Hay que adivinarlo 🙁 El estado general del departamento es malo. La ropa de cama es de mala calidad. Solo nos proveyeron un toalla de baño para cada pasajero por lo que cada uno debia utilizar la suya como toalla de mano. Por la ola de calor, solicitamos un simple ventilador y lo negaron. El departamento esta lleno de ropa de y artículos personales de otra presona. El amoblamiento es viejo y sucio. Al haber muchos libros, hay mucho olor a humedad. El TV fue imposible hacerlo funcionar."
