Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for reservations arriving after March 1, 2023, for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Welcome to The Lily Pad, located in Windmark Beach, Port St. Joe. Conveniently located 3 blocks to the beach with miles of coastline to explore. A brand-new construction, pet friendly home accommodating 12 with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. An extremely functional floor organizes guest rooms together with the main living as a focal point, and the master; its own private wing. Durable LVP floors run throughout with tray ceilings in the living room and master, you'll never feel cramped. With great natural lighting and the option for privacy shades, the living room provides a safe refuge to relax and unwind. There is an extra large leather sectional with separate queen sleeper sofa, and large flat screen television, books, and DVD player. The living room offers a separate reading nook, and designated desk space. An open floor plan runs throughout the living, kitchen, and dining. Cooking in is easy with a fully stocked kitchen. Large pantry, stone countertops, stainless appliances, garbage disposal, and a starter supply of amenities and kitchen amenities. Dine in with seating for 11 or dine al-fresco on the rear covered patio. This area is great to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon sunsets. All in all, The Lily Pad will provide you with comfortable, clean accommodations for a memorable vacation.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Great Springbreak
We had a great week staying here. The internet was out when we arrived on Sunday & was out until the service provider could come out until Tuesday after so we didn't have TV for the evenings but we made due playing the games we brought with us. Brittany with the management company was helping us immediately once we realized we had the internet issued & she did everything she coukd to help us trouble shoot it trying to get it to work. We loved that we coukd walk to the beach, the cool little hang out spot & restaurants in the neighborhood/village. The Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe actually had a good selection of stuff and there were plenty or great restaurants & great ice cream places. Our favorite was Shoobies! We also enjoyed going to Cape San Blas & checking out that beach a few days. The beach there had more waves which my teenage son wanted. We really only had good sunny beach weather 2 of the days we were here so we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as I would have liked. The house was wonderful, had all the basic necessities in the kitchen and plenty of room. The neighborhood had a dog park that we really enjoyed taking our dog to so she could be free to run outside off leash, she loved it! My son absolutely loved the neighborhood & all the paths for his 2 daily runs. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Port St. Joe.

Wonderful Vacation Home!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Lily Pad was a great place for us to escape the winter and relax by the ocean. It was a short walk to the pool, beach and Mercantile and a short drive to Port St Joe or Mexico Beach. Brittney made the booking and stay easy, everything was exactly as advertised and we had a great stay!

Wilson Beach Vacay
This was our 2nd time staying at Windmark. We couldn’t stay at the precious house because our family had grown, 2 new grands and Mema joined us. The Lily Pad was the perfect place for us. The layout was open and inviting. Mema was able to maneuver around with everything on one level. The 4 grands, 3 under 3, had spacious areas to wobble around as well. The king size beds were plenty of room when the little ones woke in the middle of the night to squeeze in. The open kitchen/living area was great for our many meals eaten in to avoid the differing personalities and taste buds of our littles. The sand was between our toes in a matter of minutes whether we rode a golf cart, bike, or chose to take a leisurely stroll. Thank you “Lily Pad” for making our 2023 trip extra special and memorable. See you again next year.

Well appointed kitchen
The kitchen had everything that we needed for food preparation. A lot of utensels, etc. that we brought from home based on other rentals were with the house.
