This large home is beautifully decorated with a nautical theme and includes an area that can be closed off, like a mother-in-law suite, with a pull-out sofa, a bed, and a fully appointed kitchen. Located about 150 yards from the public beach access, this captivating and secluded home is ideal for beachgoers. Or you might as well visit the community heated outdoor pool for a refreshing splash.

Plan on starting your morning with a nice cup of joe on the beautiful screened front porch, furnished with nothing but comfortable chairs. Back inside, the home's open floor plan seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. The sparkling center island seats up to four people, while the adjoining dining table has enough space for up to eight people. The welcoming living area invites you to relax and spend an entertaining time with your loved ones - stream a favorite show on the smart TV, watch any of the provided DVDs, or play any of the board games available. There is a second living space that is made up of a second kitchen, a four-person dining table, and an inviting living room with another smart TV.

The garage, which is available for guests, hosts a Ping-Pong table, two kids' bikes, three adult bikes, paddleboards, a bar area with a full-size fridge, a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues, and a golf cart. Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of having two washers/dryers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
