Welcome to Sunset Villa, a safe home on the quieter side of Lake Lanier, very close to I-85 and Atlanta. This villa accommodates up to 11 guests. Enjoy breathtaking lake views from the deck, covered porch, and the party deck of the dock. This villa is warm and cozy with lake décor, and fun stuff to do. It is staged with brand new furniture. The kitchen is very well appointed. The villa is only a hop away from Lake Lanier Island Resorts, Margaritaville and Aqualand by boat and by car.

Great stay

Had a fantastic time at the house. Location was perfect for getting around on the lake as well as being close to the grocery store. Beds were comfy and kitchen was nice. The property manager went above and beyond by helping us rent a boat and even dropping it off at the dock for use. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the stay.

Relaxing lake front home

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house was clean and the lake view was absolutely incredible. Nearby shopping, easy to get to. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Lake Lanier. Grilling on the deck, overlooking the lake, wonderful weekend.Thank you!

Great lakefront property

Loved our stay! This house/property was PERFECT for our Large multiple family gathering. Exceeded our expectations & had a great time! Thanks to Ray for also assisting with boat rental! Would recommend highly & look forward to staying at one of Ray’s properties again in the future!

Staycation family trip

Our family had a wonderful time together at the lake! We spent most of our time out at the doc and on our boat enjoying the calm waters during the work week. We also enjoyed the back deck where we ate our meals and drank our morning coffee. Even when it rained we could enjoy the outdoors under the covered deck. Thank you for a great house on the south end of the lake so our family could all be together.

We had a great rental experience. Communication with the host was excellent and the home fit our needs perfectly. The home was immaculate with all the amenities…pool table, table tennis, very nice large deck, easy access to the lake, etc. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Highly recommend!

Amazing Birthday Vacation

Overall this property was amazing! It had great views of the lake from the upstairs deck, the two story dock, two of the bedrooms, the downstairs game room and even the the master bathroom. The house was very clean but I would recommend bringing toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It’s Only a 45 min drive to Stone Mountain. And 50 minutes to the Georgia Aquarium. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful and clean property!

This home was exactly what my family and I needed to ring in my sister's 40th birthday. The location was perfect - easily accessible by land and perfectly accessible by boat, not to mention being in a cove of sorts so no boat traffic nearby. Views were incredible, the house was spectacularly clean and it was large enough to easily accommodate 8 of us. Ray was very responsive, quick to do so and quite helpful. Highly recommended.

Great weekend with friends and family.

Such a great rental house! So many good things, the layout of the home was perfect for our group.. Adults upstairs and teenagers down and add the the oversized deck with covered porch made for a great weekend. Not to mention the large covered porch down below for the teens to hangout and play cornhole etc.. We will definitely be returning to this home. Thanks Ray for making everything perfect!! .

Wonderful Lake Lanier Vacation Home

Our family of 6 and our labradoodle had an amazing week at this lovely home on Lake Lanier! The home had everything we needed: comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, outdoor porch with TV, grill and swing, and nearby dock with upper level hammock! The owner Ray was great, and even delivered a ski boat to us, complete with wake boards, skis and more. This perfect location is on a pretty cove, close to marinas and nearby grocery and restaurants. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Great lake "staycation"

Booked this beautiful lake house though we live nearby as a friend "staycation" for my husband's birthday, and we had a wonderful time! Enough space for people to be nearby but do their own thing. The back porch was by far everyone's favorite spot and we stayed out there as much as we could. Management was very quick to answer inquiries. Biggest "con" was that the master bedroom didn't have full shades on the lake side as to not block the views - so we woke up with the sunrise instead of being able to sleep in. Not a big deal for us though, but could be good to know for some.

First of all, I want to thank Ray for answering our questions from the moment I made the reservation and for answering my call.The lake view was the most relaxing experience for me. The property was very cozy and clean, and everything was perfect. If you want to relax after months of exhausting work, I highly recommend this property. The restaurants, shopping center, and gas station are just 5 minutes away from the property. Definitely I will continue use Ray for any other properties.

Wedding Weekend

We spent fours days at this lovely lake house for my sons wedding. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Ray was prompt in all communications and easy to work with. We had a wonderful stay !!!!

Beautiful home

We come to visit family in Flowery Branch at least once a year. Finding this beautiful home made this time extra special. We will be staying at this home whenever we return. The home is beautiful, well stocked, and communication with management was easy.

Quiet Lake vacation

We had a group of 7 people and the house was perfectly equipped for us! The finished basement was a great place for the kids to hang out. The dock was very fun for fishing and swimming. Lots of restaurants located on the water and a quick drive away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home in a wonderful location on Lake Lanier!

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend. The kids enjoyed the pool/ping pong table! The home is very comfortable with a great deck. I am so happy we rented a boat that was delivered and picked up! Lake Lanier is beautiful and we had a great time tubing, swimming and exploring the lake.

Nice place at the lake

very nice place, beautiful big deck, so we could celebrate the gradation of our daughter just at the deck, my only recommendation is just install a better dock Bumper at the dock because that area is a no, not wave area and our boat get some scraped

Views, views, Views!

This property has the perfect view and is made for comfort! So relaxing yet minutes away from anything you could want (restaurant’s, boat rental, park’s etc.). I highly recommend this property!

Great Place on the Lake

Great place with a homy feel. Plenty of stuff to do with pool table, ping pong, and just relaxing around. The paddle board is available to rent for $50 per day, but we didn't try it. Listing is pretty accurate. Just be aware that the two beds / bath in the basement are located next to the pool table and bar down there. Would definitely stay here again!

Game room is considered a bedroom.

I don’t consider a game room with two beds in it a bedroom. A sofa in the game room would be nice. Need new pool sticks, too. Overall, it’s a beautiful and roomy place.
