Your Paradise Awaits: Discover sun, sand, and serenity on Estero Island.

We are ready to welcome guests back after Hurricane Ian. We were the first condo to be up and running and very blessed to not have damage! Relax in comfort while you are here and enjoy island living. Santa Maria unit 405, is a two-level condo on the top floor with a spacious master suite with a private lanai. The suite also includes a king bed and a large bathroom with a tub and separate shower upstairs for added privacy. It also has a pull-out bed with a new mattress for extra sleeping. This unit is well suited for two couples or a family. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all brand-new appliances and everything you might need.

Dine and enjoy watching the boats from your screened-in lanai and the great view overlooking the canal. Enjoy one of the largest pools on the island and a hot tub. Santa Maria also has areas outfitted with gas grills, tables, and chairs so that you can barbecue and dine alongside the canal. There are often manatee and dolphin sightings around the docks as well.
Located on the island's quiet south side, only steps away from the beautiful white sand beach, boating at Fish Tale Marina, and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. You will not want your stay to end!

The condo was very nice, and it had everything that we needed. The beach access and coffee shop were within walking distance from the condo. The host was able to quickly answer our question when we had one.

Estero Island

Very nice condo. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Easy access to Ft Meyers and Estero. The owner Jane was very accessible and the check in process was easy. Would recommend this property for up to 4 people.

Fort Meyers vacation

We couldn’t have been happier with the condo. The owner, Jane, was very helpful in communicating to us a minor issue they were having with the door. If we ever return to Fort Meyers we’d definitely look into renting this condo again.

LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE

We are from Northern Michigan, three kids. We flew in and didn’t rent a car. So naturally we needed advice on what to do and how to get there. The property owner was INCREDIBLE. She gave me links and ideas and restaurants and advice. We took every suggestion she gave us and everything was fantastic. We would stay here again and again!!!

Great condo and pool

Hosts were top notch and very responsive - couple minor issues but they were on it! Enough for 6 people to sleep and the pull-out couch bed was great. This is a 2 level condo, a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Nice lanai which faces part of the bay and quiet. You are across the street from the ocean (which was wonderful) but takes about 10-15 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. Had to carry all equipment, no cart. Ft. Myers is still coming back from Hurricane Ian so not much on the South end of the island and construction noise. Beware of high traffic times (two-way street) and takes well over an hour to go 12 miles. There is a CVS within walking distance and a nice Publix market 1/2 way to the North end towards Times Square. Parking in and around Times Square is $20 but you can take the Trolley in. Heard if you eat, parking is only $10. Best form of transportation are bikes. There is a mall which we heard is set to open September of 2025 which is next door. Pool on property is large and depth is up to 8ft and includes bathrooms and a hot tub. Also showers to wash off from being at the beach. If you like it slow, less crowds and quiet, this is the place for you. We will be back and gladly rent this VRBO.

The condo is clean and spacious and it's close to the beach. The pool was a great bonus to our stay. We enjoyed it very much.

Perfect getaway

The accommodations provided the perfect getaway for access to local attractions and beaches. Great food can be obtained north and south of the location. The condo complex is very quiet, and well maintained. Highly satisfied and would choose to stay again.

Great Getaway

Great condo and location, super convenient to the beach and many restaurants, The pool was an AMAZING bonus. During our stay, there were some A/C issues, but those issues were addressed by the owners right away. We would definitely return when we are in the area. Great place!

Perfect Winter Getaway

The overall property and individual unit were well maintained. Everything was clean and in good shape. We enjoyed staying on this quieter end of the island but also liked being able to take a short drive and enjoy the shopping, restaurants and music at Times Square. If we didn't want to get in the car we were a short walk for some great restaurants and other necessities. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with and responsive. Overall this has been a great experience!

Amazing Stay in Fort Myers Beach

We had an excellent stay in Fort Myers Beach. The location of the property is excellent, and we especially liked being on the south side of the island away from some of the more congested areas. The property was very clean and welcoming. The unit was stocked very nicely with almost everything you could want for a vacation property. We also felt the unit was spacious and just the right size for our family. We were able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes which was very nice, and the pool/hot tub were great. Jane did a great job with communicating, and was available for any issues. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely enjoy returning to this property.

Summer vacation

Jane was an excellent host!! I booked the property last minute after my original travel plans had to be changed. She responded quickly and shared a lot of useful information that helped to make our family vacation a memorable experience. The condo was even larger than it appears on the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom was very large and the downstairs bedroom was roomy too. Her decor was perfect in helping to set the beach vibe that I was looking for. The pool was very large and everything was clean and well maintained. I honestly did not want to leave. My family is already looking forward to booking another trip to Fort Myers Beach and will of course want to stay at Jane’s condo again!

Amazing! Jane is awesome!

We had an amazing time and this condo! Perfect location, central to everything. Jane had everything you could think of ready for us, kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to make dinner for your family. Beds were wonderful, washer and dryer was nice to have. The pool and hot tub were amazing, they close at dusk. We saw manatees in the canal beside the condo, there is ice cream and restaurants directly behind the condo. Jane answered all my questions and had plenty of awesome tips. Condo was super clean and big enough for my family of 5 with no issues. Would defiantly recommend and we will be staying again next year.

A Perfect Getaway

The condo was amazing! It was clean and roomy and had everything we could have possibly needed! The beach near the condo is huge and not crowded at all which is exactly what we hoped for. The ice cream shop nearby was a wonderful treat also! We loved our stay and we were sad to leave! ❤️

We are new owners from Michigan and are excited to share our love of Ft. Myers Beach with first-time visitors or visitors returning because they also love this vacation spot. We think Santa Maria Harbor Resort is the best spot on the island because of its location on the quiet end and the fact that you are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, the marina, and the beach. It also has large spacious units and one of the largest pools on the island. I have been vacationing at Ft. Myers Beach for over 50 years and love the beautiful white sand beach, the endless sunny days, whispering palm trees, seeing dolphins and manatee, and collecting new shells that roll up each day on the beach. Some of our favorite things to do are relaxing by the pool, walking the beach, collecting shells, having drinks and dinner at Pinchers on the Beach, watching the sunset, renting a pontoon to explore the backwaters, charter fishing, and taking day trips to Sanibel Island or Marco Island. We have made many wonderful memories here with my family over the years and hope that others will have the same opportunity.

Competitive rates, freshly repainted, a well-kept unit which is perfectly maintained. It has a new sofa bed mattress, and everything in the unit is in good working order.
