Located in a quiet village, 15 minutes from Beaune and the A6, and 45 minutes from Dijon, bordered by pastures, this house has an old-fashioned charm: exposed beams, Burgundy stones, floor tiles and a majestic fireplace. .
The cottage can accommodate 11 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with single bed and 2 double sofa beds.
PLEASE NOTE: THE DISPLAYED RATE IS ON THE BASIS OF 4 PEOPLE, A SUPPLEMENT OF 5€/PERS/NIGHT WILL BE ASKED OF YOU IN ADDITION BEYOND 4 PEOPLE UP TO 11 PEOPLE MAXIMUM.

- Early check-in (from 2 p.m.) or late check-out (at 2 p.m.) for an additional €15 depending on the concierge calendar.
- Dogs allowed (except category 1) for an additional €10 PER ANIMAL per stay for additional cleaning.
- Firewood: you are provided with a set of 5 logs on your arrival for a first fire, you are free to come with an additional bag of firewood, or ask us to provide it for you for €9.90 the bag of 10 additional logs. (paid service to avoid waste)
-Dolce Gusto espresso machine: 4 classic coffee capsules are provided free of charge, possibility of requesting more for an additional €2 for a set of 4.

Last minute reservation authorized (less than 24 hours before) but WITH MANDATORY CONFIRMATION FOR VALIDATION OF THE TIMETABLE: theoretical arrival from 8 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. if lodging not ready.

Come and visit the heart of the Burgundy vineyards (Beaune is only 15 min away) and the Côte d'Or countryside.

Minimized cleaning costs, you are just asked in return to remove the duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcase before your departure.

IN CASE OF SUSPICION OF PROHIBITED PARTIES, A PENALTY OF €300 PER CB DEBIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED.
