Come enjoy New Braunfel’s blue skies and crystal clear rivers at our newly renovated condo! Our lovely 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is on the 3rd floor (elevator on site) offering amazing views of Water Wheel resort and condos 8 acre park and Guadalupe River. There is plenty of room for all guest to play and lounge with over 600 feet of river frontage, two pools and 4 hot tubs, and numerous picnic tables and grills. Whether your visit to NBTX is to go tubing, attend a concert, or spend the day at Schlitterbahn water park- we assure that our location is just for you as we are only four blocks from worlds voted best water park and minutes away from downtown and Gruene, TX. And during the tubing peak season a local tubing outfitter has a convenient shuttle pick up service right outside the condo’s parking lot. Our cozy and beautifully decorated condo will be perfect for either friends or a family trip. We would love to host your next visit to New Braunfels and hope you “Stay awhile!”

Great location and stocked with all the necessities

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable as well. The host was great and easy to reach with any concerns or questions we had.

Great location in Mew Braunfels

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! The condo was great and it is very centrally located to everything. The property owner was also awesome! He called the the night before we checked in and provided information about the property as well as restaurants, etc. would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful comfortable summer stay

Lovely stay in this well designed and well outfitted condo. Close to everything with amenities on property and great river access! Though it was busy summertime we felt like we had the place mostly to ourselves with assigned parking and security onsite. Can't beat the views or the quick walk across the grass and steps down to the water. Host made everything easy and provided lots of good recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!!

Family Vacation

This is one of the 3 condo's my family booked. I loved this place. It is nice and clean and very well kept and decorated. It is close to everything you need and very well stocked with everything you need to cook with. The owner responded quickly to all my questions I had. I will definitely look forward to staying here again next summer.

Perfect condo!

Perfect condo for our girls trip with my teenage daughters. Robert had great communication the entire time and promptly addressed any issues. The location was perfect for us and the two pools/ hot tubs were the icing on the cake. Just do yourself a favor and book this condo- you won’t regret it!

Great location and great host!

Condo looked just like the pictures and was very spacious and clean. My husband and I came up with our daughter and a friend, 13 year olds, to swim and go down the river. The water was super low but we were still able to get in by the condo. Water was still clear and we saw a lot of fish and turtles. The location is great as close to Greune and New Bransfels downtowns. I would recommend Roberts condo to families or couples. We will be back once it rains!!!

Great Stay in NB!

The condo is very clean and has just about everything you need and then some. The only things I noticed that the kitchen didn’t have were measuring spoons and a cookie sheet (we made do with the pizza pan). We stayed with our 2 kids and it was great to have the 2nd bathroom. The beds were a little too soft for my taste, but you can’t please everyone! The internet service was a little spotty, and it would have been nice to be able to access streaming services for TV, but the cable service was fine. There were also games and puzzles and lots of books to read during downtime. Robert called us the day before check in to give us all the information we needed and texted a bunch of restaurant and activity recommendations. Overall was a good stay and a great host!

Amazing stay!

We have stayed in these sets of condos in the past but this one was exceptional! Super clean & stocked with everything we needed from cooking, eating, games & a beautiful view! I can’t say enough great things about this place! The owner contacted me personally the day before to tell me some things about the condo & gave me great ideas on nearby parks to go to & float directly to the condo for a relaxing 2 hour float! Amazing place to stay & highly recommended! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Loved everything about this place!

Robert was great!

Robert was quick to communicate. It’s near a cute neighborhood right by Schlitterbahn and the river. We rented it for closeness near a wedding venue. Great patio and nice pools. Kitchen had a lot of utensils and cookware if needed. Highly recommend.

Great place and location!

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Host was very friendly and helpful. Good and fast communication. The condo was located very close to the river, pools and restaurants. The condo was very clean, cute and cozy. It was supplied with all necessities. Also, Wifi, cable, movies and games were perfect to keep our little one entertained. Would definitely recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again.

Because of a last minute problem, I ended up coming by myself to visit my family. The unit was lovely, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. We would definitely rent this unit again!!

Great girls weekend!

The condo was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our own stuff. It was a great location right on the river. It was a only a 5-10 min drive to get to all the attractions or restaurants. Robert was a great host and made great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The only negative was we all said the beds were uncomfortable so it would be nice to have a memory foam topper added to the beds for extra comfort. Definitely not a deal breaker though because we would stay here again!

Great Location!

We had a great time in New Braunfels and really enjoyed this property! It was close to everything, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and the Owner was great at communication and even provided a list of local recommendations that we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again if we re-visit New Braunfels!

We loved New Braunfels!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. There were a few issues with the check-in, maids didnt come on time & a lack of towels but Robert resolved the situation. He is very informative & helpful and tried very hard to acomodate my family.

Had a great time

Condo is in excellent location on Comal River and a couple blocks from Waterpark. We enjoyed Gruene and New Braunfels very much. We floated the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, enjoyed some live music at Gruene hall and a couple other locations in Gruene. We had great lunch at Muck & Fuss and Tin Top Burgers & Beer. The condo was perfect for two couples. There is a nice patio facing the river and on of the property's pools. It has a nice size living room with a dining table and a large couch with a large TV (we didn't watch any tv). The condo has a small but fully functional kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. Don't forget to bring your own body wash and shampoo. Condo layout is very efficient and is perfect size for 2 couples. Unit also has a washer and dryer. There are 2 pools and hot tubs on the property. We swam in pool and used hot tub. Would recommend the pool in the back closest to the river. There is also river access on property. You can hop in the river and hang out right on site! There are 2 parking spots with the unit and they are dedicated spots and towing is strictly enforced. The 2 spots was very useful. Robert was very friendly and informative about the condo and local area. He even provided us with a list of local places with live music for the whole weekend! We would definitely recommend this condo and would rent again.

What i like about the property was the cleanliness the accommodation. Everything was provided , good communication. I highly recommend this place if you have a family and want to get away for the weekend. Easy access to the river to go floating. The 2 pools in the property are amazing! The grilling areas are super clean.

Looking for an amazing host and fabulous property look no further!!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Most importantly the host was very responsive (we actually had an incident that he needed to come out for and he quickly responded and took care of it immediately!) There is such great things from this property from picnic or candle light dinner on picnic tables out back, in addition to all the grass area surrounding the property my children were able to play football. We loved all the deer that would come up, but most of all it was the best of all worlds the Guadalupe river runs a short distance behind the pool, soeaking of pools my children loved them and the hot tubs on property. Highly Recommended!!
