PRIVATE COMAL RIVER ACCESS - On one of the best stretches of the Comal River. The 865 sqft 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo sits on 1st-floor steps away from the elevator (ground floor is parking). Comfortably sleeps 6 people. Accommodations for parties with more than 6 people are available for an extra fee.

LAS PALMAS is right next to two Tube Rental Outfitters that have river shuttles. No driving necessary! Both give discounts when you mention staying at the condo!

Excellent Stay

The property was in the perfect location. We were just there for a birthday party but after staying there we already started planning the next trip to be able to float the river and spend more time out there. Great location, clean condo, definitely recommend!

Great location. Only problem that was manageable were the shower knobs were loose and difficult and the heads were low. The people before us must have had a party and there were still balloons and glitter around the place. All in all I would definitely stay again.

Came for the "float the chute" event - cardboard box boats...sponosored by the Parks Dept....loved it...location was a 15 min walk to the Chute.

Great location near downtown and the river

The condo had everything we needed. It was easy to get to resturants, you could walk if you want. The river is steps away. One downside, if you are a light sleeper, the train runs by the condo several times a night. It was quiet, but noticable.

Bright Little Condo on the River

I booked this condo for a sister get away weekend. The condo was spacious and well laid out. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We loved the balcony and the view. Being by the river was so calming. Location of the condo was perfect as you could walk to the downtown area or have a sort drive. the bedrooms were large and the bed very comfy. I would rent this condo again.

Family Fun

We enjoyed our trip and stay at River Run with our 6 year old. We visited several local shops, were within walking distance to so many restaurants and stores, traveled to San Antonio for the day to see Legoland and the river walk and loved everything we did. The condo was in good condition and when concerns arose the property manager was quick in response and thorough to have it remedied. The only thing that couldn’t be changed was the behavior of some of the other guests at the pool so we did choose wisely when to take our daughter down for a swim. We love New Braunfels for the whole family and would definitely stay here again. Already planning our next trip down!

My sister and I planned a river trip for our 3 young kids. We have stayed at several units in this complex, but this one was unfortunately underwhelming compared to the others. The shower in the hall bathroom shot water to the wall and the towel bar wouldn't stay on the wall. The kitchen was poorly stocked and dishes and drawers were dirty. The towels in the bathroom were dingy and I had to put sheets on the bottom and top bunk (fitted sheet was on, but I had to put on the top sheet) - I would expect beds are made and ready to get in. The first night we stayed, a kid pooped in the pool, so we sat by the river and the kids enjoyed that. While we were unable to enjoy the pool while there, the staff did respond very quickly to the incident and were cleaning the pool within 1-2 hours. I wish I could recommend this condo as the photos made it appear comfortable and cozy, but I will not be returning. Perhaps updated towels, repairs in the hall bath, and a deep cleaning with more kitchen items would do the trick!

Kimberly, We want to thank you for taking time to review our unit. Unfortunately we were having issues with our cleaning staff prior to your stay and after hearing back from many guest we decided to get a new cleaning staff to hopefully fix the issues with unmade beds and dirty dishes being left. Our maintenance staff has also addressed the bathroom problems. We sincerely apologize you had this experience here but want to thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention so we can address them. If there were any other issues not mentioned in the review please let me know.
