Beachfront Condo on Diamond Beach

Newly renovated (2021) and beautifully appointed condo on the beach... just a few steps from paradise! Perfect for your family's vacation. You can't get any closer to the ocean/beach than our building. Large balcony overlooks Diamond Beach and the ocean. Master bedroom and Living room also have direct views of the beach and ocean. The two back bedrooms have views of lower township and the bay. You can see the sunrise on the front end of the condo and the sunset through the bedroom windows on the backside.

Just north of Cape May and south of the Wildwoods. It's the ideal destination for beach, dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk.

Spacious Master Bedroom has direct ocean view and features a king bed and large flat screen TV. The room has access to the balcony via its own private glass sliding doors. The master bathroom has two separate vanities and a large shower/tub. It also features two separate closets.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a full bed along with a bunkbed set (twin over full). All bedrooms have ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and ample closet space.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and was just upgraded in 2021 with refinished cabinets, new quartz countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. There is a Keurig or traditional coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar / counter seating.

The back bathroom has been completely renovated and features a large walk-in shower

The condo as a whole has all new flooring, added recessed lighting, new ceiling fans. The living room has a high-end entertainment center and TV.

Beautiful Getaway w/Spectacular Views

View...view...view...beach...beach...beach! The views from this property are spectacular and it's proximity to a beautiful beach is amazingly convenient. It is a great location for adults w/kids as ours enjoyed swimming in the surf of the ocean (shallow enough for littles too) or playing on the huge beach. We had perfect beach weather and are a beach family so we didn't use the pool much, but it is nice. As for the property itself, it was very clean and comfortable with a good sized outdoor living space. The whole place is up to date with the all amenities you would need. Ultimately, my family rented this property for four days to get away and relax, it met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations to the point we would have stayed longer. In fact, we plan on revisiting next year. Five Stars!!

Spectacular View!

We had a wonderful stay in Diamond Beach at this beautiful condo. We were already looking at the calendar to see when we could possibly come back. The condo clearly has been recently redone and is decorated impeccably. The view was spectacular! We were able to see incredible sun rises and sun sets as well as a full moon over the ocean. Michele was so easy to get ahold of and responded to our questions immediately. We lucked out and had summer weather at the end of April which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were able to snatch a couple of reservations in Cape May that were too hard to get in season so we couldn't have asked for more! Thank you so much Michele for sharing your place with us and your kindness and generosity. 😀

Great Beach Spot

This property is terrific. It was clean, spacious and right on the beach. The beach itself is awesome. My kids loved the water and hunting for ghost crabs at night. The beach bar was so much fun (great bands Saturday/Sunday). The pool was just what we needed after a long day at the beach. Jared was very responsive and easy to deal with. We will be staying there again.

Family Gathering

The description of the property was very accurate- we loved it. The upgraded condo is beautiful. We have been going to the Diamond Beach area since the early 70's and we love the location and all it has to offer. Jared is an excellent communicator, and the process could not have more simple.

More than enough room for 8 people (grandparents, parents and grandchildren). Open concept allows people in kitchen to see all (as well as a view of the ocean). Quick trip to Cape May.

Amazing time!

We had such a wonderful vacation! This is a great condo right on a beautiful beach! The condo was recently renovated so everything is brand new and clean. Diamond beach is beautiful. We kept forgetting we were in NJ because it doesn’t feel like the “jersey shore.” The condo is very spacious and was the perfect amount of room for me, my wife, two young children, and my parents. We would love to come back!
