This condo is adorned in seaside decor and features a well-equipped, full kitchen with an attached breakfast bar for two, a dining table for six - perfect for meals or family game nights - and a serene, sunlit living area with a cable TV and sliding door access out to the furnished balcony. Watch the beach come alive every morning or just kick back and listen to the sounds of the surf with a cool drink in-hand.

Almost anything you need is within a couple miles of this property except for the beach which is literally just steps away! You'll find 18 fun-filled holes of mini-golf and an ice cream parlor at Okaloosa National, or you can watch dolphin shows and even interact with some of the ocean critters at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, just a couple miles from your door. Visit Miracle Strip Parkway where you can rent a private pontoon from Destiny Water Adventures to get over to Crab Island for a beach picnic or a day of swimming. And afterward, treat yourself to a sweet delight at the Sugar Dough Doughnut Company or grab dinner and drinks from one of the many pubs and restaurants in the area.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
PLEASE NOTE: There are construction crews on site doing maintenance on the building walkways and balconies. There will be construction noise and dust in the breezeways from 3/31/25-12/7/25.
The walkways on floors 6 and 7 are closed from 10/27/25-11/2/25. Schedule is subject to change; for the most updated information, please call our local front desk. We are open seven days a week from 9-5 CT.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
