The perfect place to host a family beach week with friends. Ocean front, three bedroom, two bath condo (queen, three full size beds), full kitchen, laundry, living room with large balcony and four steps til your toes are in the sand. The "Little Beach" between the balcony and the dune will become your sandy back yard for a week where your kids will play from dawn til dusk. Grab your towel, one of our chairs and a beach umbrella and head East over the dune path to find a wide open beach just steps away. The midtown location, with an off street parking spot, is very convenient for shopping & dining without the crowds from the Boardwalk or the High Rises. Enjoy the weekly Seacrets fireworks shows from the comfort of the beach, while having a beach bonfire into the evening. There is also a full size pull out couch, in the living room in case you have overflow guests, but it does come with a dawn sunrise so no sleeping in.

We enjoyed our stay, It was the perfect place for us! No complaints. Very close to the beach, only step off the back balcony and you or in the sand and only steps from the beach. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Awesome to be right on the beach; house was very well stocked with extra TP and paper towels. Communication with John was great he was super responsive. Street parking was easy.

Beautiful and convenient

Loved rhe location. Was able tonstep.off porch and have my feet in the sand. Loved the layout and all there was provided to do.

We had an amazing time! The apartment was perfect. Location was great. Has a huge back patio loaded with beach chairs, toys, etc. To borrow. Our host was beyond accommodating & helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great vacay!

Dirty house but wonderful location. The house has a lot of potential if it gets cleaned better.

We loved the location but the house was really dirty. It needs to be deep cleaned under and behind beds, etc. At the end of our stay I noticed a review put on for this property that there was a problem with bed bugs.The mattresses were brand new and there was a bottle of carpet exterminator in the closet so the property manager must have known there was a problem. We didn't see any live bugs but the house obviously wasn't cleaned thoroughly even though they knew there was a problem. If the house gets thoroughly cleaned l would recommend it for a family friendly location right on the beach! As it is now I will need to clean everything we took on vacation to make sure we don't take home bed bugs or anything.

Wonderful deck and overall, very nice, but housekeeping could have been better. There was a lot of food left in the fridge by the previous guests, toiletries left behind and used pantyhose in the bedroom closet on the floor. Otherwise, we'd rent there again. We enjoyed our time there.

Amazing location

We took a chance after reading previous reviews and are soo glad we did! The location is amazing, beach front, nice outside balcony and off street parking. The place is definitely older with some older furnishings but beds were new and comfortable, clean bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms (a lot of places only have 2) and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen and living space is big, kitchen has everything you need for meal prep and cooking. Outside space had comfortable lounge chairs, sand toys and beach chairs. Easy access to take kiddos out to the beach, back in for lunch and back out again for the afternoon. Didnt feel like we had pack everything for a long day. Washer and dryer huge plus and outside drying rack for beach towels and swim suits was very helpful. Master bath is nicely updated. Living room has lots of books for beach day reading. Few kids books and family board games. Wifi worked well, brought our own Roku stick from home. Definitely want to come back.

Big disappointment

The location was excellent but property was dirty and gross. The carpet was so old and worn that I was concerned about my kids being on it. The mattresses were terrible and hurt to sleep on. The air conditioning vents were so dirty and black that my asthmatic child had difficulty with breathing/ sleep. The washer and dryer smelled hot and were very noisy and I was concerned the place was going to catch on fire. Everything in the place seemed dirty, gross and In Disrepair. Would not go there again. Vey disappointed. Glad we brought our own pillows so did t have to use the old dirty ones!

Great family beach trip

Great location. It was right on the beach and close to shops, restaurants, etc. The boardwalk is only a short drive too. The owner had all the kitchen and living essential available. The balcony/porch is larger than it looks in the photos. We'd stay here again.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for us and our three younger kids. The backyard beach kept the kids happy for hours. And you can hear the ocean from the porch. It’s clear this place has been loved for many year by the owner (John), his family and friends. We’re glad to have been his first VRBO renters and hope to go back again soon!

First floor on the beach can not be understated, nor oversold: it means not having to carry anything but your towel, your chair and your cold drink over the dune to the waves.
The small privately owned section of the beach between the dune and the balcony will become your sandy back yard for the week. A short walk over the dune to the main beach and you will discover a beautiful wide beach that will be bustling with activity from dawn til the moon sets.
