Cape Gem in New Seabury resort & near the beach.

Our Pristine, Newly Renovated, Patio home with Private heated Pool, located in the Mews of New Seabury, offers the privacy and peacefulness for the perfect vacation. The sandy local beaches—South Cape Beach and Popponesett—are both very short drive away (5-10 minutes)! Highlights of the seashore resort community of New Seabury: Mashpee Commons (fine dining, shops, movie cinema), golf courses, boating, walking trails, close proximity to ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

Decorated with premium furniture and modern appliances, this beautiful and bright one level villa has spacious indoor and outdoor living areas and many amenities (WiFi, central AC, smart TVs).

This warm home with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Stearns and Foster mattress, en-suite bathroom, and TV. The guest bedroom is furnished with two sets of bunk beds that safely support up to 250 lbs. The bottom bunk beds have regular 8” thick twin mattresses. The living room has a full sleeper sofa.

The open concept design of the living room with cathedral ceilings and sliders to the patio pool allows for maximum natural light. The 55” smart TV is perfect for entertainment viewing. The breakfast counter with barstools seats 3. The separate formal room, with sliders to the two patios, has a large dining set seating up to 8.

The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel high-end appliances including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, Nespresso coffee maker, and kitchenware. For outdoor dining and grilling, the patio is set up with a natural gas Weber grill. No more dealing with the hassle of propane tanks!

For those looking to work remotely or squeeze in a Zoom call, there is a dedicated office that offers a quiet working space.

The heated pool opens before Memorial Day to end of September. Some pool accessories are provided. The pool patio is enclosed and kid friendly with lounge chairs, patio dining furniture, and a grass section for outdoor games. The yard is professionally landscaped and maintained.

Fresh linen and clean towels are provided for your use. The house is equipped with brand new, full size washer and dryer.

Everything is essentially a short drive from the property. It takes about 5 minutes driving to South Cape Beach, and about 10 minutes driving to Popponessett Beach, Popponessett Market place, Mashpee Commons, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, boating, walking trails and more. Cape Cod has many beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops and places to visit. Day excursions to many locales on Cape Cod are excellent options, or just relax by the pool in the comforts of your home-away-from home.

This property is professionally cleaned and maintained, following CDC cleaning and infection control guidelines. All hard surfaces are disinfected, linen and towels laundered per guidelines.

Another perfect stay in New Seabury!

This is our third year staying at this beautiful home and again it did not disappoint. The owner takes great care of the property and is very responsive and helpful. The pool is a treat with great toys for the kids! The home is always spotless upon check in and our stay is always relaxing and comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful!

We so enjoyed our time at your home. It was clean, organized, and it was well-stocked with everything we needed! The owner was responsive to messages and a pleasure to deal with. We have been renting on the Cape for 15+ summers and this was one of our very favorite homes. The pool was a big hit with our children, as well! We will definitely re-book! Thanks for such a nice place to spend our vacation.

Perfect for a “Ladies Trip”

I went with my daughters for our yearly ladies trip and I’m so happy we found this house. from start to finish everything was great. Jeanette was awesome during the booking process.-I tend to ask a lot of questions before booking, and she replied to each and one of them- I also reached out during the trip with questions and she immediately replied. The house was perfect for the three of us… very clean and had everything you would need . The heated pool was great. We even took a late night swim… nothing like swimming under the stars in water like a bathtub. Location was perfect. Nothing was far away. Everything was walking, or just a few minute driving distance. I wish we were still there and I’m sure my daughters do too. Thanks so much Jeanette.

We had a great week!!

Place was great- with exception of nest thermostat control- would only let you control temp 2 hr at a time then temp went back to 78 degrees - was a battle all week - every night woke up in a sweat. Last night Wifi went down & thermostat was unresponsive- terrible night sleep. Musty odor from basement as soon as u walk in - owner should do something about that. Unit is roomy with all essentials which was great. Only other recommendation (other than temp control). When u have a condo that sleeps 6 - have 6 coffee cups - we only found 4??

This house was unfortunately a major disappointment for us. When we arrived after driving several hours to get to the home, the first thing we noticed was that the house on the outside looked nothing like the photographs posted in the advertisement. The lawn was overgrown and unkempt. When we entered the home we found it had not been cleaned before our arrival - even though they had ample time to do so as we arrived well after the scheduled check-in time. There were dishes sitting in the dishwasher from the previous guest. The stove top was covered in cooking oil and the stove was very dirty. The refrigerator had not been wiped down and there were dirt and food particles left in the sink, on the floor, and on the counter. Trash was left in drawers, rings from previous tenants' glasses were all over the glass topped end tables, hair from previous guests were left in the shower, and there were excrement stains in the toilet. The paint was cracking and coming off of the top of the walls, and the walls had water stains along the tops of them as though the house had multiple leaks. We had specifically rented this house for the private pool and paid a premium price for that luxury. We had messaged the owner beforehand to ensure that the pool would be open and ready to use - explaining that this was our reason for renting this specific house. When we arrived - the pool was extraordinarily dirty as was the back patio. The back lawn was overgrown with weeds everywhere and old/dirty pool toys were strewn all about the patio. The water in the pool had not been cleaned and had dirty bubbles all along the top of it. Also, pollen was caked all over the outdoor chairs and tables. (We can definitely understand that pollen in New England can fall heavily at times, but this level of pollen appeared to have taken weeks to build up.) We contacted the owner immediately to explain all of the issues going on with the house and she did apologize for the condition and expressed regret that the house was in disrepair. She offered us a refund on the cleaning fee after we sent photographs to her with the state of the house, but this unfortunately did not make up for the fact that we spent several hours cleaning the home we rented from her after driving several hours to get there. (Fortunately the house was well stocked with cleaning supplies, a washing machine and dryer, and a vacuum or we probably would have been forced to find somewhere else to stay.) O

Perfect end of summer getaway

We rented this place as an end of summer vacation for our family of 4. We were most excited that the pool would still be open AND heated as we knew it'd probably be too cool for the beach and we were right. The house itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Our kids made themselves right at home immediately. Everything was easy to figure out and the book gave us some more details on what to find where or what to do with trash and things. The location was great. We've vacationed down in Falmouth for years and are used to that area. This house was a short drive to our familiar places but also nice to have Mashpee Commons so close. Loved the serenity of the golf course backdrop. Our daughter fully enjoyed the pool and did not want to leave. She's hoping we can go back again next year!

Beautiful place to stay!!!

This property is wonderful! It is in a safe community on a beautiful golf course! The house has a pool that is heated and for Floridians that was such a plus!!! The house was stocked with everything you needed and the owners communicated immediately if you had any issues! We lost power due to a storm and they let us know the power company was on it and the time it was due back on. It rained a lot for two days and there was a serious leak with water showing on the walls from the roof in the hallway leading to the guest bathroom and in the guest bathroom we informed the owner about it and she said they would get it looked at after our stay. The home is decorated so cute and it was very clean. There is a fantastic grill that cooks some awesome steaks!!! Couple of things to know... The master bedroom mattress is a SERIOUSLY firm mattress, not an issue for some but for others it may be. It wasn't a huge deal for us since we sleep on a firm mattress, but this one was firmer than ours. The TV in the master is not a smart TV, in the house book they suggest you connect it through some App, which asked for a credit card and we don't put our credit card in anything. I think if they are going to continue to VRBO their home they should just invest in a smart TV, it isn't much for a smart TV nowadays. We are TV watchers when we wind down after a long day, so that was a bit of disappointment. The community down the road from the house Masaphee Commons has everything you need, but don't go too late because the shops close early like 5-6pm on a Saturday night! Such a cute area make sure to go! The grocery stores are open later. We had such a great time as a family! We relaxed, hung out by the pool and grilled. We cannot thank them enough for opening their home to us in order to explore Cape Cod. 'We would recommend them if you are ever interested in a trip to Cape Cod. Thank you again Vanessa and family!!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time during our week’s stay! The house was perfectly clean upon our arrival, and was well-stocked with everything we needed throughout our stay - linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Vanessa was a perfect host. She was very helpful throughout our stay – she promptly got back to us with any questions, and was able to be flexible with our checkout time which was incredibly helpful to us! All in all it was a wonderful week away. Thank you Vanessa!!!

Wonderful Vacation Home in New Seabury!

My family and I (husband and 19-year-old twins) had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing 2-week vacation at this lovely property in August. We had booked the property almost a year in advance and had been looking forward to the trip for a while when I happened to notice a very negative review left by another guest. Candidly, this made me a bit nervous, but I am SO glad that we kept the reservation. We arrived to an absolutely immaculate and well-kept home! I am a very neat and organized person and I usually have to clean vacation rentals when we arrive to meet my standards, but not one thing was needed at Vanessa's beautiful property! I was able to simply unpack our clothes, put away the groceries, and head out to the gorgeous, heated pool just steps away in the private back yard. While I respect that everyone’s experience is different, having spent two weeks in the home in the same season, I think it is fair to say the negative review was extremely inaccurate. There was no musty odors, no peeling paint, and no evidence of water lines on the wall at all, and the yard and pool were beautiful. Vanessa was incredibly easy to work with and super communicative when I had a few questions. She could not have been lovelier and made it so clear that she was on standby if we needed her for anything :) The property itself is located in the New Seabury community and is close to so much without having to battle the heavy traffic getting to towns further down the Cape. The Mashpee Commons nearby offer a fun rainy-day alternative to beach and pool and have a good assortment of shops as well as restaurant with bowling lanes for those looking for things to occupy the kiddos. We loved the property so much we have already booked our vacation for next year! Thank you again Vanessa for sharing your wonderful New Seabury home with us. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent stay at New Seabury!

We arrived to a beautifully and thoroughly cleaned property with all supplies we needed. Kitchen is appropriately stocked as well as bedrooms with plenty of clean towels and extra sheets and blankets. The home has a lovely beach vibe and is decorated tastefully and comfortably. The home is extraordinarily close to Mashpee Commons, Cape Cod Winery and about a 30 minute ride to the pier to Martha’s Vineyard. The pool was the highlight of our stay; my daughter couldn’t get enough of swimming in the pool! It’s heated and appropriately deep enough for children. The owner was incredibly responsive and even checked in on us during the stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!!

Comfortable cape house

Lovely cape house in Mashpee with private pool was perfect for visit with grandkids. House is comfortable and well equipped and location near beach shopping/ restaurant area and not a long drive from other cape attractions. Owner very flexible and responsive. Good find!

Best accommodation ever!

The property and its amenities as well as location is great! The booking experience and accommodation to our changing needs, whether early check in or late check out, was excellent. Jeannette went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever! While booking, I overlooked the seasonality of the private swimming pool but was one of the things I promised my little one and when I explained the situation, Jeanette provided us a couple of options, one of which I’m not sure if I could have thought of, which We ended up opting for and had amazing experience. We definitely would love to come back if we get an opportunity and wouldn’t look at other places. Thanks Jeannette for all the accommodations that provided us the best experience ever.

Our long awaited summer vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, bright, nicely appointed and comfortable. The patio and pool were perfect for our relaxation needs! Cape Cod resort style escape

My family and I enjoyed our week at the Mews. The property is well maintained and stocked with all the necessities. Property manager is great to work with and very responsive. If you are looking for updated accommodations in the Cape with AC and a pool this is your next vacation spot! Close to great beaches and ferries to the islands.

Great MDW getaway

The house was great. Great set up and all new furnishings. Property owner was very communicative and accommodating. Pool was a huge hit with the kids! Would certainly recommend for anyone looking for a pool/beach/golf getaway!
