Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener and pool man for the community unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

For stays over 30 days, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings for an additional fee. These provide a full refresh of the home and linens, and we recommend scheduling one every 15 days. Our professional housekeeping team is paid a fair, livable wage and plays a vital role in ensuring each stay is comfortable and exceptionally clean.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

A pet fee applies per stay. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Sunrise CC. The home is lovely, well decorated and maintained, and the owners truly shared their home with us! In addition, the staff of Open Air Homes, as property manager, was excellent.
