Luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath single level 1320 sq. ft. condominium (sleeps four) with attached garage with spectacular view of the mountains and located just a few steps from the pool/jacuzzi. The condo is located in beautiful Sunrise Country Club in Rancho Mirage with separated bedrooms for privacy. Linens (sheets/towels) are provided along with a washer/dryer. Includes cable TV (DVD) in living room and master bedroom, ROKU TV in second bedroom, Wi-Fi, and 2 bicycles for your use. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The gated private front patio is fully covered and equipped with a pass through to the kitchen and includes a gas outdoor grill. The back patio has access to the pool/jacuzzi just steps away and a spectacular mountain view. A driving range is within walking distance from the condo. Guest will have access to pickleball, bocce ball, tennis courts, and golf course at low monthly rates. Sunrise CC is a gated community which includes a challenging 18-hole par 64 executive golf course, twelve tennis courts, three pickle ball courts, bocce ball, fitness center, activity center, a clubhouse with a restaurant bar upstairs and a grille offering breakfast and lunch downstairs, golf shop, tennis shop and two putting greens. The grill has outdoor seating and is open during covid 19 restrictions. Sunrise CC is located just around the corner from The River shopping and entertainment center; the Omni Las Palmas Resort, Yard House, Mastro’s and countless other restaurants, and minutes from the ultimate in shopping in upscale El Paseo., known as the “Rodeo Drive of the Desert, and about 10 minutes from the attraction "the Living Desert".

Great central location in the valley and terrific. well kept, friendly community. The unit was very well stocked, close to all of the community amenities, and Emerson was a perfect host - very responsive and flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in his Sunrise CC condo.

Perfectly located condo

Bright, cheerful, roomy and comfortable condo that is well stocked and perfectly located. Patio with spectacular views and nearby pool as well as the lovely shaded front courtyard allow for lots of outside time. Emerson is very approachable and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
