This home is conveniently located on the Island with easy access coming on and off the Island as well as many Island amenities. Shopping for groceries and other treasures are within a half mile.

The town home is the definition of classic seaside style. Coastal details include wood floors throughout, a classic, calming color scheme with comfortable furnishings. The main level has an open living and kitchen space as well as a dining table to seat 8-10. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and beautiful deep sink, making for a pleasant cooking space. A beautiful screened-in patio area is accessible from the living room with a nice exterior green space.

The second level features a master suite with King bed and full walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and floor space. The master bathroom has a spacious his and hers sink area, deep bath tub, shower, and separate restroom area with a door for privacy. On the same level are two additional bedrooms and one full bath. For your convenience the washer/dryer is also on this level.

Minutes away from restaurants and activities and driving distance to the beautiful Island beaches, this townhome has it all.

Great for fishing!

This location was great for staying near the water and getting up to go fishing everyday was breeze. There was plenty of great food options and shops near by for all our needs. The property was great and we would definitely stay here again.

The place itself was really gorgeous with very high-end decor and finishes. The furnishings, beds, linens and supplies were very elegant and plush. Everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for a family, and had a large table to seat everyone comfortably. The screened porch was great during moderate March weather. We really enjoyed the stay, and the neighbors were all very friendly. We enjoyed lounging by the pool. We had everything we needed at the unit. The host even provided bottled waters and snacks for our stay. The Host was quick to respond to some questions.One odd nuance was a golf cart taking up most of the garage (but not offered for use with the rental), and other personal effects stored in the garage, taking most of its useable space. If you like to bike, there were 4-5 bikes in the garage, for the whole family, and St. Simons is a wonderful place to use them!The garage door is pictured in the ads, and I was planning to use some of the space to set out moving boxes of items I was transporting in a mini move, while in town for 10 days, but I could not use that space. We also had 2 cars present, and the driveway was tight for a minivan and a small SUV. We found some open food containers in a kitchen cabinet, and someone's clothes, a hat, and underwear in a bedroom drawer. These items were not in a locked owner's closet, and there were several of those onsite.That said, it was a really spectacular rental with many elegant touches.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived! The property was clean and had everything to accommodate a family of 5. We brought our boat and used the marina that was within walking distance. The pool was clean and easy to access. Perfect location for a family getaway!

Family friendly

This was a great option for our family with two littles and my parents. Everything was setup very nicely. The beds were comfortable. The space was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient. We’d stayed on the beach or near the pier in past years but saw a different side of the island and an area we hadn’t explored which was fun. Great trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Property!

The townhome was beautiful! Well equipped and decorated beautifully! We were greeted with an amazing gift basket with wine, snacks, a beach bag, and a cookbook - what a lovely surprise! Hosts checked in on us to make sure we arrived safely and checked back after check out to make sure we got our safely. So nice!! Would highly recommend this place!

Great Place to Stay

This was such a wonderful place to stay during our visit to SSI and Jekyll Island. Very clean, well appointed, quiet, and great location. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was large enough for us to all move around freely. Loved the screened porch in the evening too! They only had 2 beach towels, and that is LITERALLY the only negative I have. There are 2 low-sitting beach chairs, 4 camp-type chairs, and 4 beach bikes… no umbrella, but they can be rented. The rental and property management team are top notch!! Very quick replies and so helpful. They made everything so easy and pleasant… we will for sure be back.
