Garden Cottage 15 amigos y diversión familiar en el sol! Ubicado junto al jardín en The Cottages at Jekyll Island Community, la principal comunidad residencial frente al mar de Jekyll Island ubicada en la isla norte. Esta casa de playa estilo casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños ofrece un amplio plan de piso de concepto abierto con suite principal (king) en el piso principal. Amplio baño principal tiene vestidor, tocador doble y gran cabina de ducha.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos Bosch y Mr. Cafetera. El área de comedor y los asientos adicionales en el bar elevado facilitan el entretenimiento de una multitud. La cómoda sala de estar con sofá cama se abre a un porche con pantalla y un gran patio cercado con asientos al aire libre y mesa de fuego. Terminando el primer piso hay una pila de lavandería y tocador. El rellano del segundo piso tiene una sala de estar, 2 habitaciones con baño (Queen & Queen w / nido) Cada habitación se abre a un gran balcón superior con asientos. Terminando el segundo piso hay una habitación con literas con nido, capacidad para 3. niños.
Garaje para un automóvil con salida EV, 3 bicicletas para adultos, 1 bicicleta para niños, carrito de playa, 2 sillas de playa y juguetes de playa.
Además, los huéspedes tienen acceso a las instalaciones de The Cottages at Jekyll Island frente al océano, que incluyen una casa club con mesa de billar, gimnasio, piscina de entrada cero, terraza en la playa y fogata comunitaria.

Acceso a la playa: La continuación con el Proyecto de Rehabilitación de Revestimiento de la Isla Jekyll del Estado de Georgia, ha resultado en la pérdida temporal del acceso a la playa al agua a lo largo de nuestra costa. Todavía hay acceso a la playa de la marea alta, junto al revestimiento de roca. Recomendamos Driftwood Beach, ubicada al norte de The Cottages o solo a unos minutos al sur en coche de la zona de Great Dunes Park.

Pedimos disculpas por cualquier inconveniente que esto pueda causar durante su visita y apreciamos su comprensión de la importancia de este proyecto.

The property was very clean and we really enjoyed the location. We have been visiting the island for years but always camping. The comforts of a house was a nice change and the use of the golf cart was a nice way to get around the island. Would definitely consider staying in the cottages again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! We did have a couple of issues. A couple of the bikes were not in working order, we reached out via email and no one ever got back to us. The AC broke, but was fixed in a matter of hours which was awesome! The beach that is within walking distance is only a beach for the 2 or so hours around low tide so we ended up driving and parking at one of the lots, which was fine but not ideal. There was not a good place to hang wet and sandy swim suits and towels as you aren’t allowed to hang anything outside. The house itself was very nice. The showers all had great pressure and endless hot water. We always have a great time on Jekyll however a lot has changed in the historic district that we weren’t fans of. Jekyll Island Authority has taken over the shops in the historic district and it’s just not what it used to be, which was disappointing. Overall we had a great family vacation!

Nice property, communication so-so

Property was nice and comfortable. Communication from management company could have been better. I sent back the required documents and golf cart agreement a week before our trip. Received no information back and it was locked when we arrived. When I called to inquire, the response was slow and not very friendly. I was also supposed to receive a call back the next day about a missing bike, yet never heard back during our entire stay.

Great place with slightly nosy neighbors

Place was great. Kids loved both porches and the golf cart was a huge hit! Tons of space and plenty of room for everyone so it never felt cramped.There was an issue with one of the neighbors reporting “cars parked in the grass” even though that wasn’t the case. With it being mostly retired folks, seems some of them would prefer to stir up drama instead of being polite or considerate.Despite that, we’d absolutely book again and the Parker group was great to work with!

Beautiful

A wonderful property in a great location. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Some of the kitchen items need replacing (cookie sheets), and it would have been helpful to have had a sponge or scouring pad, as well as a laundry basket. A box of tissues in the bathroom would be a nice touch in the future. Otherwise everything was perfect. We had a great time, enjoyed the beaches and all that Jekyll Island has to offer.

Wish we would had stayed longer

Absolutely amazing! They are clean and comfy! The air did not work when we first arrived but was fixed within 24 hours of us reporting it! Will come back!

Great place to stay, Fun little Island

Very modern and clean, roomy with most everything you would expect. Getting around the Island is fun & the included golf cart was the highlight for many.

Men's Bike, Bridge, & Golf trip

Not enough room for full disclosure, but suffice to say when I asked for how to access the house, I received a bit of a snarky response that was not concise from Realtor. Not wanting trouble upon arrival, I emailed again for clarification. After not hearing anything for 24 hrs, I called and then received the info.

Fun and memorable stay!

We had a great stay here; our first time on the island! The cottage was very clean inside and out and spacious for the family. Easy walk to the beach and the pool. The pool was very clean as well. We enjoyed access to the electric cart and bikes. A couple of small maintenance issues we had were handled and fixed very promptly. The Cottage property is a beautiful place in general. We enjoyed it!

Wonderful stay, great location

We’ve been to Jekyll Island several times, and this location was our favorite! Easy access to beach and bike path. We cooked all of our meals here — great kitchen. The only thing we needed was a cookie sheet.

Great location, super nice house.

First off the house was so nice. Everything was very new and modern. Tons of space for everyone. Not only are there plenty of bedrooms there are just as many bathrooms which is a bonus. Quick 2 minute walk to the beach or to the club house. You can walk or ride bikes to driftwood beach. There’s a golf cart in garage for use. You do need to fill out paperwork and send copies of your insurance and id. They should update the notes in the book about that. Apparently it is in the initial info about the house online but I didn’t see it. So convenient to have this option. There’s a nice fire pit and grill out back so you can hangout at night. I would definitely return!!!
