Guests will immediately be drawn to the large screen porch that spans the entire width of the back of the home and overlooks the large pool and fenced in backyard space. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in your private island escape!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The primary bedroom suite is located on the main living level and offers a large bedroom with a Queen bed, a large walk-in closet and a large primary bathroom with a soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. Upstairs, guests will find two guest bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. A second full bathroom (with a walk-in shower) is located on the first floor and is also used as the pool bathroom. The upstairs landing area has another space for guests to relax and play games or sit back with a book.
