Welcome to the cozy Cottage, located 1/2 mile from the Historic Tiverton Four Corners, with boutique shopping, galleries, and cafes. The cottage is surrounded by the ocean and 500 acres of trails right across the street. There's a full-size kitchen with a comfortable dining area. The open plan living room views the natural setting and has a 1/2 bath, opening onto a deck that overlooks a vernal pond and birdhouses. The second floor has a full bath with a shower/tub combination, and two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a twin-day bed.

The Cottage is in a wondrous part of New England. Exactly a 1/2 mile from the Cottage and a pleasant walk is the quaint New England 18th-century Village of Tiverton Four Corners. Enjoy the fresh air as you walk around and enjoy the beautiful coffee shop and deli, antiques, decorative home shops, galleries, and studios with handmade pottery and boutique clothing. Take a break and enjoy lunch at the Four Corners Grill or Groundswell, cheese tasting at the Cheese Wheel or wine tasting or tours at multiple nearby Vineyards, or for the beer lovers a sit down on the beautifully landscaped property at Buzzards Bay Brewery.
