Hide-a-bed in livingAll linens are included. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking utensils as well as pots , pans, coffee pot , plates and silverware. Bring your bicycles or golf cart and enjoy Old Florida at its best.

Property is centrally located downtown allowing easy commute by vehicle or golf-cart to your favorite restaurant or bar. With 2 public boat ramps within 1 mile from this cozy rental will you quick access to the Gulf.
American Legion Post 291 next door providing lunch Tues-Fri 11AM -2 PM open to the public. Rest of the open hours are members and guest only. Entertainment often. We will gladly signyou up as Guest

Great Location

A little hard to locate. But it is in a great location centrally positioned to be at any of the marinas quickly. Nice mobile home with a great screened in porch

Awesome rental

The rental is perfect for a family of 4. Location is rather tight to get to with a boat but once there is plenty of room. The AC did mess up while we were there, but James immediately had someone over and it was fixed before we returned from eating supper. Will definitely stay here again.

Our new home away from home

We visit steinhatchee several times a year and this will be our go-to place for future. Loved the new family we have made at the American legion!

Comfortable, the ice maker doesn’t work, just bought ice, beds needed to replaced, with a true queen, but was good.@ overall it was a nice place to stay for a few days of fishing.

My wife and I met some friends for a fishing trip. Found this place and it checked all the marks for our needs. Would go back. Very quiet.

Steinhatchee lodging

This location is perfect. Behind American Legion. Please try the Legions daily specials and their menu. Food was delicious. Home cooked. The screened in porch was wonderful!!!!! Ate out lots so I did not use the kitchen much. This little town is the most amazing place to visit. Captain B from Big Bend Charters took us fishing. Amazing drop a line catch a fish. If you ever get a change to escape to this area consider this rental. Clean and fully equipped. Host was amazing. Made us feel like family when communicating.

A comfortable place in Steinhatchee

Would help to have grilling utensils along with bigger pots,pans and kitchen utensils.. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay

If just want cool place at good location to lay your head this is perfect! Prob not be enough for big family but perfect for small group of guys! Quick response from manager as well!

Nice stay!

The house was nice and clean. There was not any extra garbage bags or toilet paper so we went to one of the "multiple" Dollar General stores and bought more. Right behind the American Legion. Was able to go and play corn hole with them and shared our ribs we had for dinner on Thursday. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Rented this property for myself, my teenage son and one of his friends. Jim was very friendly and responsive to my inquiries. We had zero issues during our stay. The place is very basic and comfortable and worked perfect for us. There was plenty of room on the property to store the boat (21’) trailer and park a vehicle. It is located on a dirt road, which was great, no traffic or noise. There is an American Legion building close by and we could hear music one night, but we had a box fan and that drowned out the music. Plus the music didn’t go too late. There is public dock where the boys fished at night, it’s only about 2 blocks away. I would definitely stay there again.

Just okay

Our normal place we rent was booked. We tried this place. Hard to find from map but went by pictures and knew we were in the right place. Business beside it that is not in description which created some noise after we were ready to go to bed. Twin beds are not comfortable in our opinion. One is very noisy. Had what you needed but nothing extra. Over all good for the price and we’d start there again. Great location to marinas and restaurants. No communication from listing agent. Just basic check in/check out in the app.
